ProviNET Solutions and Candoo Tech Partnering to Offer Resident Tech Support & Training to Senior Living Facilities

ProviNET Solutions is pleased to announce a new partnership with Candoo Tech to fill the need that ProviNET has identified from senior living clients to provide resident tech support and training. As the aging population embraces and engages with new technology, providing support has been a hurdle that Candoo Tech has taken head on.

When the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in 2020, seniors relied on newer technologies as means to stay in touch with families and friends alike. The need for support on these devices skyrocketed within this population. ProviNET Solutions identified this hurdle within the IT structure of many senior living communities. Candoo Tech delivers this resident tech support with patience and empathy and are passionate about providing superior customer service to older adults.
