She has fulfilled multiple roles in her tenure with ProviNET, including that of a Field Service Technician as well as stepping into other leadership roles to assist various teams within ProviNET.

In her current role as Director of Support Services at ProviNET Solutions, Kelly spearheads the development and implementation of robust IT strategies, ensuring seamless integration of technological advancements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency of our Service Desk. She has been instrumental in leading cross-functional teams and orchestrating the successful execution of complex IT projects.
