Clinical EHR Consultant

Exciting remote opportunity with ProviNET! We’re seeking a dynamic Clinical EHR Consultant for our EHR Consulting Team. This position offers the flexibility of working from home coupled with a need for significant travel. You’ll deliver exceptional interactive remote and on-site instruction for clinical software (PointClickCare, MatrixCare) in the post-acute care industry. Prior experience in a similar setting, along with a background in Skilled Nursing/Senior Living care, is a must.

Spark your passion for teaching by delivering engaging in-person and web-based instruction tailored to meet client needs. Seize the opportunity to showcase your organizational skills in crafting client-specific training agendas and respond proactively to all assigned training requests.

Join a dynamic team that thrives on creating and maintaining customer documentation, fundamental guides, and interactive presentations. Partner with the Implementation Team to wrap up any outstanding tasks and engage in problem-solving strategies, bringing resolution to the forefront of your role.

Your role might require weekend shifts, overtime, and occasional holiday work, but we believe in the balance of work and life. As such, you may also perform other related duties as needed.

Experience in training clinical software in Skilled Nursing/Senior Living care settings is a must, but being a registered nurse would elevate your standing. Previous experience with Matrix Care, PCC or Netsmart is crucial for this role.

Bring your passion for senior care operations, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing Care, and Home Health and Hospice. Your ability to deliver effective written and oral presentations will be a valued asset, as well as your ability to organize and facilitate meetings with diverse participants.
