Live-feed web camera installed at Victorian Village to monitor new construction

Victorian Village, a senior retirement community in Homer Glen, IL, has a new rehabilitation construction project underway, and their campus is adding 3 new skilled nursing buildings to add to their continuum of care services. These “small house” buildings will be the first of their kind in Illinois, so naturally this project is drawing a lot of interest from the community at large, along with their existing residents and families. They have been receiving a lot of inquiries about the progress of new construction, so they thought that it would be nice to keep the community and their families up-to-date with a Live Web Camera Feed … and that is where ProviNET Solutions was able to step in and help.

Victorian Village currently uses ProviNET Solutions for all of their IT and Communications needs and they offer us outstanding service, so we thought that we would ask to see if this type of service was available as well. The ProviNET technology consultants were able to come to our construction site right away to survey our needs, offering us the best location to house the camera, along with a solution to connect the needed features. This was no easy task, as we had the ProviNET staff climb around the many rooftops of our buildings on our campus to survey the new construction site.

The ProviNET technician that installed the camera was highly qualified and was able to accomplish the installation in a single day without interrupting our staff. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We are already receiving great feedback from our clients and family members already!

The entire ProviNET team is a pleasure to work with. It is a great pleasure to work with an I.T. company, who not only has great service, but also has qualified personable staff who are ethical and just a pleasure to work with. Thanks ProviNET!
