Understanding to our healthcare clients with a deeper knowledge

American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC) is a not for profit support and advocacy group for long term care providers. They provide insight to new legislation affecting long term care and are involved with policy and advocacy issues for long term care providers. As part of their mission they offer certification courses for anyone involved in the resident assessment process. The ANAAC certification process has long set the national standard for skilled nursing facility PPS and MDS education. The industry now uses these assessments for all aspects of the long term care arena, quality assurance, payment and resident care. Our Operations and Reimbursement Specialist, Joan McCarthy MJ, LNHA, RAC-CT has again been certified for another 2 years and continues to bring a deeper level of knowledge and understanding to our health care clients.
