ProviNET will evaluate your network infrastructure, including hardware as well as software applications. We also assess the IT staffing and conduct interviews with key staff during the information gathering stage.

Upon completion of the discovery, ProviNET will meet with you, present our findings, and give you a report with recommendations for short- and long-term planning, staffing, and budgeting.

Proactive Server Maintenance
Your servers are the heart of your IT infrastructure, and it is essential to regularly assess their condition. In order to maintain a fully functioning, secure, reliable and efficient server, it needs to be routinely checked and updated with the latest software service packs and security patches.

With Proactive Server Maintenance, an experienced technician will monitor the health of the server hardware by:

  • Review the functionality and health of your applications
  • Review event logs for errors or signs of server health problems
  • Apply updates to Microsoft Exchange, Symantec Backup Exec or other backup software
  • Reboot your server if necessary and verify critical services start again.
  • Monitor your daily backups and notify you if they are failing to prevent data loss
  • If an issue is identified, a ProviNET technician will notify you and discuss your best course of action to repair the problem.
