IT Recruiting:
- Full cycle recruiting including posting jobs, sourcing, conducting interviews, checking references, and extending job offers
- Create a pipeline of candidates by leveraging professional networks, job boards, social media, job fairs, online database mining, referrals, direct contact, and other creative means to find qualified personnel and drive a high level of traffic to ProviNET’s career website
- Develop a recruitment plan that matches growth
- Facilitate meetings with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, search requirements and candidate status
- Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with job descriptions and requirements by evaluating and screening resumes
- Conduct the initial interview to determine suitability and interest of candidates and provide candidates with information on the position and ProviNET Solutions
- Ensure the best possible candidate experience
- Extend verbal offers of employment to candidates in consultation with Hiring Managers
- Ensure all proper paperwork and documentation is completed for all candidates throughout the sourcing process.

- Solid written and verbal communication and time management skills

Our candidate will be responsible for technical oversight of clients in the Long Term Care industry. Our candidate will also be relied on to perform IT Project Management for the company.
Healthcare IT consultant:
- Focus on recommendations for implementing technology solutions based on specific client needs
- Evaluate software, hardware, and business processes
- Awareness of regulatory requirements related to Healthcare
- Assist with policies and procedures related to technology
- Interact with end users, vendors, and other participants to ensure the efficient utilization of systems according to industry standards
- Supervise projects assigned to technical staff, delegating assignments as needed
- Develop technology goals, set strategic plans, and prepare budgets
- Create management tools within applications through reports, graphs, charts and other mechanisms to assist in decision making
- Learn and contribute to ProviNET’s strategy, culture, practices, and mission as it relates to consulting
IT Project Management:
- Full cycle project management including initiation, planning, execution, and closure
- Facilitate meetings with clients and users to determine project needs, and specifications
- Evaluate team member strengths compared with client needs and requirements and assign staff accordingly
- Define project task lists and implementation plans
- Keep management appraised of status
- Ensure the best possible client experience
- Establish and meet delivery dates
- Work with other technical teams when needed
Candidate must have:
