Peter is one of our Engineers who plays an instrumental role in ensuring our clients’ electronic environments are well maintained and serviced so they can stay functional and proficient in their fields. He is responsible for implementing, sustaining, and managing our clients’ servers and networks in a way that allows them be competitive in their fields and experience the efficiency and quality support that ProviNET is proud to offer our clients. Peter is yet another example of the amiable and caring nature of our company.
As a student at DeVry University, Peter gained valuable experience and knowledge in the IT field. He also holds an A+ certification and has been working in the industry as a Support Engineer since 1995 before joining the ProviNET team in 2012.
Peter grew up in the Scottsdale neighborhood of Southwest Chicago and in his free time enjoys family, gardening, music, martial arts, his hounds, and history (wishing he could live in England during the year 900). His favorite color of M&Ms is Red.
Ryan serves as another one of our Field Technicians whose duty is to work in person with our clients to help meet their technological needs in order to help them remain as a viable force in their industries. As an on-site resource, Ryan is responsible for setting up new workstations, delivering IT supplies, correcting hardware issues, troubleshooting software, and addressing anything else that may arise in our clients’ electronic environments. He is another example of the personable attention that ProviNET is proud to provide to our clients.
As a graduate of DeVry University, Ryan holds his Bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications Management as well as the Comptia Network+ and A+ certifications. He first entered the IT industry as a support technician in 2010 and joined the ProviNET team in 2012.
Ryan grew up in Kankakee, IL and in his free time enjoys video games, golf, and playing board games with his wife and family. His favorite color of M&M is without a question blue.
Dawn is one of our Software Support Specialists and works with our clients on a daily basis to assist them with any software issues they may come across. She is proficient in HealthMEDX’s EMR software, Vision, as well as other popular healthcare software. She works with our clients over the phone and by remotely accessing their CPU’s to offer quick, efficient, and friendly support to our client’s software needs.
Dawn has been working in the IT fields since 1991 and came aboard ProviNET in 2008. She is a great resource to her co-workers and clients alike and even plays a vital part in the training of new employees at ProviNET with her superior understanding of the software she supports.
Dawn grew up in Chicago, IL and enjoys walking and reading in her free time. Her favorite M&M color is blue.
Robin is one of our Tier 1 HelpDesk Coordinators, acting as the first point of contact whenever a client calls in with an issue or request. She has an extensive understanding of computer functions and commonly used office software and acts as an important resource to our clients, working directly with them on the phone and by remotely accessing their computers to fix the problem. She is also in charge of creating work orders for other departments when the issue requires more specialized attention, and making sure the work orders are addressed in an efficient and timely manner. She plays an important role at ProviNET in making sure our clients are receiving the support that they require to remain viable in an increasingly technological world.
As an attendee of DeVry University, Robin obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology and she also has plans to pursue her MCITP certification. She was a student working in data entry before joining the ProviNET team in 2012.
Robin grew up in Markham, IL and in her free time enjoys shopping, scrapbooking, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends. When it comes to her favorite color of M&Ms, she believes they are all good just so long as they melt in your mouth and not in your hands.
Tom is our IT Talent Acquisition Specialist/Human Resources who plays an instrumental role in making sure ProviNET is well prepared in terms of staffing to manage all the growth that our company has been experiencing. He is responsible for recruiting the best IT candidates available in the field so we can fill in the open positions across our departments. He is also in charge of our Human Resources department and maintaining staff employment records. ProviNET is a rapidly expanding company with more clients signing up with our services each month, and Tom’s extensive experience with recruiting in the IT field makes him a valuable addition to our company in ensuring that we always have the staff to continue to serve our growing client base with the efficiency for which we are known.
As a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Tom holds his Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations. He entered the IT world in 1999 in a recruiting role and has spent time as a Promoter and General Manager in the entertainment industry before coming aboard ProviNET in 2012 to follow his interests in the IT recruiting profession.
Tom grew up in the South Side of Chicago and in his free time enjoys any outdoor activities, working out, staying active, running, biking, relaxing outdoors, and spending a lot of time with his family and close friends.
William is another one of our Helpdesk coordinators who represents the outstanding and friendly support for which ProviNET is known. He acts as the first line of support whenever a client calls or emails in and works directly with them on the phone and by remotely accessing their workstations to help get them up and running in as little time as possible. William is proficient in network engineering work as well as common software that our clients depend on daily. He is also responsible for creating and following up on work orders for other departments when clients call in and need more specialized support.
While attending Moraine Valley Community College, William obtained two associate degrees in computer networking. He is currently pursuing his bachelor’s in computer science at Governor’s State University. William also holds the Comptia A+ certification as well as the Comptia Network+ and the Comptia Security +. He worked as a level 1 Network Engineer before joining ProviNET in 2012.
William grew up in Tinley Park, IL and in his free time he enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, walking his dog, and hanging out with family and friends. His favorite color of M&M would be Orange.
Laura is another one of our Software Support Specialists dedicated to serving our clients on a daily basis to assist them in utilizing their EMR software in the most proficient manner. She supports HealthMEDX Vision as well as eHealth Data Solutions products, working closely alongside clients as a valuable resource with expertise in the software that they depend upon daily. Laura’s background in healthcare and finances makes her another specialized and vital member of the ProviNET team.
As an attendant of Olympia College, Laura obtained her Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding which makes her an asset to our clients in the healthcare industry. She has worked for our parent company, Providence Life Services, for over 20 years focusing on patient care, admissions, and social services. Most recently, she has worked for a physician’s billing service before coming aboard ProviNET.
Laura grew up in Alsip, IL and in her spare time enjoys scrapbooking, paper crafting, cooking, and hanging out with friends and family. Her favorite color of M&Ms is green.
Kyle works for ProviNET as Web Developer and plays an instrumental role in the creation, implementation, and management of our clients’ websites. He does web work for a respectable number of our clients and is responsible for helping them establish and maintain a professional, efficient, and informative web presence. He is also the proud creator of the ProviNET website and has recently established our Quicksite/CMS system.
He attended Trinity Christian College and received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He took an interest in web design at an early age and officially entered the IT field in 2007 by joining our company.
Kyle grew up in Scranton/Wilkes Barre, PA (yes, like The Office). When not battling the latest project with jQuery and CSS, he can be found watching Baltimore Orioles games. Bad sports teams need love too. His favorite color of M&M is brown.
Brock is another one of our Tier 1 HelpDesk Coordinators, serving on the front line at ProviNET in supporting any of our clients who call or email in with their IT issues. Brock is proficient in basic computer functions and office software and will serve our clients directly as they call in. If a client’s issues are outside of his scope of expertise, then he is responsible for creating a work order for another department and triaging it along as well as following up on its progress to ensure our client’s needs are met in a prompt fashion.
As a current student at Governors State University, Brock is finishing his degree in Business Administration with a minor in MIS. He has always had an interest in IT and took his first professional position in the field in 2007 before coming aboard ProviNET in 2011.
Brock grew up in Frankfort, IL and in his free time enjoys reading, video games, hanging out with friends, playing soccer, drawing, and attending school. His favorite color of M&Ms is green.
Allison works as a Sales Assistant for ProviNET. Her role includes working as an outsourced Sales Assistant for one of the software companies we support, eHealth Data Solutions. She plays a vital role in creating and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients. Allison is yet another example of the amiable nature of our company and she works diligently with clients to ensure that they are satisfied the services they receive.
As a graduate of Calvin College, Allison holds her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She also has knowledge of the healthcare industry from working with our parent company, Providence Life Services. Additionally, she has worked as a Case Manager at a shelter for homeless and at-risk women before coming aboard ProviNET in 2011.
Allison grew up in Palos Heights, IL and in her free time enjoys singing, serving people in need, and spending time with family and friends.
Kelly is another one of our Field Technicians who plays a crucial role in personally assisting our clients with a variety of their IT needs. She is another ProviNET employee dedicated to going onsite with our clients and troubleshooting any hardware or software issues, the setup and maintenance of new workstations, delivering supplies, and any other services that can help our clients remain efficient and productive in their daily work.
Kelly obtained her Associate degree of Applied Science in Electronic and Computer Technology at DeVry University and is currently enrolled there to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Network Communications Management. She has been working with computers since 1999 and first entered the IT field professionally in 2006 with the Orland School District before coming aboard ProviNET in 2011.
She grew up in Clinton, MO for the most part and migrated back to her hometown of Chicago after high school. In her free time she enjoys playing video games, doing arts and crafts with her daughter, and reading anything and everything. Her favorite color of M&Ms is green.
Ovid serves at ProviNET as one of our Field Engineers and works daily with our clients and their servers in order to help keep them running at full efficiency so they can continue to excel in their fields. He is responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining client servers and networks, working both on site and remotely with our clients. He is yet another example of the dedication and expertise that our company is proud to represent to our clients.
Holding his MCSE and JNCIA-FWV, as well as being a current student at Prairie State, Ovid is an experienced professional who has been in the IT field since 1998. He served in the Marine Corps, Preferred Meal Systems, and Centerpoint Networks before joining ProviNET in 2011.
Ovid grew up in University Park, IL and in his free time enjoys running, basketball, singing, and playing the piano.
Chris is another one of our Field Engineers who is responsible for assisting our clients with the implementation, management, and maintenance of their servers and network infrastructures. He also works diligently both on and off-site for our clients whenever an issue may arise to get them up and running again in a prompt manner. Chris does an excellent job of looking after the technological wellbeing of our clients as well as ensuring that that they have the tools to remain a competitive and efficient presence in their fields.
As a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Chris obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Information Systems and is a three time MCSE in NT4, Windows 2000, and Windows 2003. He first entered the IT field in 1996 and came aboard ProviNET in 2011.
Chris grew up in Peotone, IL and in his free time enjoys going to the gym, attending concerts, sports, and hanging out with his pet bunny, Thumper. His favorite color of M&Ms is green.
Dale serves as one of our Field Technicians and is responsible for providing on site assistance with our clients’ IT needs in order to foster a reputable and efficient working environment. He is in charge of setting up and managing work stations, troubleshooting network issues, and repairing and maintaining the technological equipment our clients rely on each day. Dale is committed to providing our clients with the friendly and quality service for which ProviNET is known.
Dale is a graduate of Purdue University Calumet where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Computer Information Systems in Networking with a minor in Security. He first entered the IT field in 2002 when he built his first computer and started fixing them shortly after that. He was employed by the town of Highland in maintaining the town’s computers and networks and he also worked as a Linux server administrator/help desk for some time.
He grew up in Munster, IN and in his spare time he enjoys homebrewing (beer and wine), gaming, hanging out with friends, and watching movies. He prefers Skittles to M&Ms.
Kimberly is one of our Tier 1 HelpDesk Coordinators, working diligently to represent ProviNET’s friendly and supportive demeanor towards our clients. She is responsible for answering the HelpDesk phone line and acting as the front line in addressing the needs of our clients. She is experienced in many basic computer functions and office software and is available as a direct aide to any clients struggling with their equipment. In addition to this, she also is in charge of recording and assigning out works orders to the appropriate departments and following up on their progress. Kimberly is another example of our company’s professional and amiable nature.
As a graduate of DeVry University, she holds her Bachelor’s degree in Technical Mangement with a specialty in Business Information Systems. She first entered the IT field with ProviNET in 2011.
Kimberly grew up in Gary, Indiana and in her free time she enjoys practicing holistic and natural living, playing PC games, and volunteering at her YWCA and her church’s youth group. Her favorite color of M&Ms is brown because of the double chocolate concept.
Matthew is another one of our highly experienced Field Engineers dedicated to providing our clients with superior network and server support. Assisting clients remotely and in person, he ensures our clients have exceptional implementation and maintenance of their technologies in order to help them uphold an efficient working environment. Matthew is another ProviNET employee that displays the professional and caring fashion of our company.
As a graduate of Purdue University with his degree in Computer Information Systems Technology, Matthew first entered the IT field in 2002 and served as the Director of Information Technology at a renowned healthcare facility before coming aboard ProviNET in 2011.
Matthew grew up in Merrillville and Crown Point, IN. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife and two daughters, running, indulging in Star Wars, and watching sports. His favorite color of M&M is blue.
Jerry is one of our Outsourced Directors who also serves as a Project Manager, working with specific clients to provide them with leadership and new technology implementation in order to assist them in maintaining a competitive presence in the healthcare field. He is dedicated to managing all of his clients’ IT issues as an IT Director as well as keeping them on a path towards successful development of an integrated technological environment in their businesses. Jerry is another example of the amiable and professional attitude that ProviNET takes with all of our clients.
Jerry is a graduate of the Illinois Institute of Technology with his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and his MBA in Information Resource Management. He entered the IT field in 1977 and has held many leadership roles in Healthcare IT. Jerry’s extensive experience in the field makes him a valuable asset to our clients and staff alike.
Jerry grew up in Chicago, IL and in his spare time he enjoys fixing or remodeling things around the house and watching cartoons and playing UNO with his granddaughter. His favorite color of M&M is any color of the chocolate, peanut, and pretzel variety.
Suzanne is our Technical Services Manager and also serves as our Project Manager. She has held many positions with ProviNET over the span of her years with the company, some of which are HelpDesk Coordinator, Assistant Network Administrator, and HelpDesk and Software Support Team Lead. In her current Technical Services Manager role, she oversees a team of Field Technicians, Engineers, and Developers. She is responsible for managing staff productivity, conducting meetings, leading interviews for new staff, and assisting all employees in maintaining the quality service to which our company is pledged.
As a Project Manager for ProviNET, Suzanne is responsible for managing and completing various IT projects for our clients to empower them with the tools and processes they require to be a dominant presence in the industry. This involves assigning out tasks to appropriate staff, monitoring and summarizing project progress, and overseeing all processes necessary to accomplish the stated goals within constraints of time, cost, and quality standards.
Suzanne also serves as a Customer Service Consultant to a number of our hosted clients, overseeing our data line contracts and working with various vendors to procure this technology for ProviNET and our clients. In addition to her other roles, Suzanne acts as our Emergency Coordinator where she serves as a liaison between technical support staff, vendors, and clients whenever an emergency may arise to successfully manage urgent issues or outages in order to keep our clients up and running at full efficiency.
Suzanne attended the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and ITT Tech where she earned her degree in Computer Network Systems. She has IT experience dating back to 1995 before she came aboard ProviNET in 2003. As an employee who is thoroughly involved in the many aspects of our company, Suzanne is an indispensible resource who works diligently each day to ensure that our clients experience the unrivaled service that ProviNET has made known throughout the IT field.
Andy is our Tier 3 HelpDesk Coordinator and plays a large role in overseeing our entire HelpDesk team. He very much enjoys working with our clients each day and is responsible for making sure they get the prompt and superior service for which ProviNET is known. He both assists clients on the phone with any of their computer issues and also oversees all the tasks of his fellow employees. Andy is a qualified individual on staff here with IT experience since 2003 and a variety of certifications including the MCSA, MCITP-E, and CCENT.
Andy grew up in Mokena, IL and became an employee with us in 2006. He met his wife here at ProviNET and enjoys working alongside her each day. He enjoys reading and playing Frisbee Golf and also moonlights as a stock boy. His favorite color of M&M is green.
Anthony is one of our Field Technicians and helps represent the excellent service our company has to offer. He very much enjoys going on-site with our clients and working to restore their faith in technology. He is proud to go out to our clients and convert their outdated, problematic working environments into engines of efficiency. From repairing complex servers to simple computer fixes, he is committed to excellent service and representing the amiable nature of ProviNET.
Anthony has been working in IT since 2008 and came aboard with our company in 2010. He also holds numerous certifications pertaining to installing, managing, and maintaining Microsoft server environments as well as installing, configuring, and administering Microsoft Windows software. And he still learns something new every day here at ProviNET.
Anthony grew up in New Lenox and Frankfort, IL before being awarded his degree in Network Communications and Management from DeVry University. In his spare time he enjoys playing the piano, working out, and relaxing with friends and family. If he had to choose a favorite color of M&M, it would be blue.
Beth serves as a Customer Service Coordinator for one of our larger clients and is devoted to making sure they are running at full efficiency and doing whatever she can to get them prompt and effective service whenever an issue may arise. She is responsible for taking calls, resolving support issues and dispatching work orders to the appropriate staff for follows up. She also assists with documentation, setting up accounts, and communicates with clients on a daily basis to ensure their needs are being met.
Beth received her Bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications Management at DeVry University. She has been working in the IT field since 2009 when she started at ProviNET. She continues to learn new information here and is proud to pass her knowledge along to our clients and provide them with the best care possible.

Jared is one of our Software Developers who helps our clients with their software needs on a daily basis. He serves our clients by implementing, customizing, and maintaining the software our clients rely on each day. Of late, he has done extensive work on customizing the capabilities of one of the EMR software types we support, Vision, to better meet the unique needs our many clients bring to ProviNET. He is called upon to create or convert data reports using a variety of tools, such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Reports, and Cognos 8.
He is a graduate of Trinity Christian College where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. Jared has been involved in IT for a good number of years. He joined our team in 2010 and has been indispensible in our endeavor to provide our clients with superior IT service.
Jared grew up in Aurora, IL and enjoys reading, singing in his church choir, racquetball, and playing almost any type of game.
Brett is one of our Network and Communications Specialists that plays a role in network installation and setup for our client’s. He is one of our employees responsible for the wiring installation projects that are the backbone of any network. Brett also works with the phone and paging systems and all communications devices at our client’s locations such as nurse call and alert systems.
He has been working in IT since 2009 when he joined our team. He graduated from DeVry University with his Bachelor’s degree in Networking and Communications Management and is happy to be a part of the great team of people that is ProviNET Solutions.
Brett grew up in the Chicago suburbs and enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend, weightlifting, and spending time with his dogs. His favorite color of M&M is blue.
Carl is the Chief Information Officer at ProviNET Solutions, serving in a dual role as the CIO for ProviNET as well as our parent company, Providence Life Services. He is responsible for the continued growth through the use of emerging technologies. Drawing upon 30 years of experience in long term care operations and over 20 years in technology and information systems, he is a knowledgeable and proficient leader in both areas which gives him a superior viewpoint on how to best incorporate the two into one efficient and successful whole.
Leading ProviNET, Carl excels at advancing technology adoption and information systems use for our many clients; empowering them with the tools and support to streamline their business and obtain a dominant modernized technological presence. He is proud to participate in a variety of advisory boards and is active in national and state associations that promote the use of electronic health information systems.
Carl’s collaborative approach to technology in the long term care provider network allows companies to share ideas and work together to create an integrated system for the next generation of healthcare. As part of this collaborative effort, Carl has developed a network of healthcare providers, software vendors, Telehealth companies, and other IT companies who work together as one to accomplish a similar goal of revolutionizing the tools, support, and knowledge our clients need to adapt to the new generation of technology in business. The words of Andrew Carnegie are at the heart of this collaborative when he said, “I would rather have one percent of 100 people’s efforts than 100 percent of my own.” Carl holds these words in high regard as is apparent in the way he leads staff to work as one with clients to achieve their goals.
Casey Bessette is a Systems Developer whose responsibility is to design, implement, and maintain custom software used at ProviNET and by our clients. Having worked extensively on our CMS (Content Management System), he now focuses on the development of OHMS (Online Helpdesk Management Solution), the client work order, time tracking, asset tracking, and billing system used internally by all our employees.
Casey began working in IT while in high school in 1996, attended the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, and joined our team in 2009. Quick to learn new technologies, he has experience with Python/PHP/JavaScript programming, PostgreSQL/MySQL database design and administration, web server administration, and Linux system administration.
Casey grew up in southern Wisconsin and enjoys reading and playing the piano in his spare time. Red is his favorite color of M&M’s.
Erin is ProviNET’s Support Services Specialist and helps to enable employees with the tools and resources they need to provide the best service to our clients. She is responsible for ordering supplies and parts with our vendors, billing, managing our front office, and taking care of a variety of other inter-office related issues.
She is certified as a Microsoft Office Master User Specialist and is delighted to have the opportunity to assist in projects for our school district clients.
Erin grew up in Palos Heights, IL and went on to attend DeVry University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. She is interested in baking and needlework and her favorite color of M&M is brown.
Jean is our Senior Software Support Specialist bringing 34 years of experience in the healthcare industry to our clients in order to advise them in implementing modern day software to streamline their processes. She goes out to clients to work with them onsite as well as through conference calls, webinars, and direct support through the phone and by remotely accessing client systems. Her extensive knowledge of what technology can do to meet healthcare needs makes her a valuable resource to clients and ProviNET staff alike. She utilizes this knowledge to provide consulting to clients using EMR software as well as project planning to help them implement new software. She then acts as valuable support and on-going training for the software she helps implement, including census, clinical, and billing applications with specialization in HealthMEDX products.
Jean has been working in the IT industry since 1996 when she started working at ProviNET. Prior to coming aboard our organization, Jean worked with our parent company, Providence Life Services where she gained valuable knowledge pertaining to the healthcare industry. Today she acts as collaborator between healthcare and technology to help the two come together into one efficient whole. Jean is another vital asset to our staff and clients, bringing years of experience to ProviNET and our mission of providing the absolute best in IT support.
Jeff serves as our VP of Healthcare Consulting, applying his many years of experience in healthcare and IT to offer valuable insight on emerging technologies being used in the field to streamline the way our healthcare clients serve the seniors that are entrusted into their care. Jeff is a licensed nursing home administrator and owner, which makes him a crucial supply of information regarding the success and development of long term care facilities as well as a vital resource in state regulations and procedures. Jeff serves our clients through his extensive experience with technology adoption and the design, development, sales, and marketing of information systems for senior healthcare.
Jeff is well versed in the integration of technology into the healthcare industry. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and his Master’s in Management from North Carolina State University and has been working in IT and healthcare since 1981. He also is an active member of several national and state healthcare associations, including the American Health Care Association as a 2006 Future Leader and a member of the AHCA Quality Improvement Committee since serving since 2007. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators and serves the North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association on their Journey for National Best. In addition to all this, Jeff is a Chair of the Journey Action Team focused on Innovation through the use of technologies. Jeff uses these associations he serves on as a reference and resource in offering both ProviNET and our clients expert advice in adopting optimal healthcare procedures and integrating technology to the utmost of its potential to enable and revitalize our healthcare provider clients in their mission to provide superior care.
Jim is one of ProviNET’s Field Technicians who works with many of our clients in a face to face manner each day. He is a vital asset to our clients by assisting them with the set-up of new workstations as well as maintaining, repairing, and managing their technological equipment. Working with clients onsite, Jim is an outstanding representative of our company’s mission of providing clients with superior service.
Jim is a graduate of DeVry University with his Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Telecommunications and Management. He also holds many certifications, some of which are the MCSA, 70-290, 70-291, and 70-271. He has been working in IT since 2005 and came aboard ProviNET in 2010.
Jim grew up in Decatur, IL. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and gaming.
Joan serves as our Operations and Reimbursement Consultant and acts as a vital resource in helping our healthcare clients meet Federal and State regulations and become competitive entities in the field through the use of emerging technology and processes. She has over 25 years of experience in the industry and is RAC certified in MDS 3.0, often lending her broad knowledge to our clients in extensive training sessions. Her expertise also includes analysis of operational and clinical systems to ensure efficient and accurate management of services. She is also well versed in Medicare billing as well as Medicaid services and often works on site with clients to do facility staff training, chart reviews, systems management, and outcomes analysis.
Joan also has clinical background in physical therapy in addition to experience in the acute and post-acute care arenas, previously managing therapy and nursing teams. In her prior positions, she has developed specialized units within long-term care facilities, such as Head Injury and Alzheimer’s units. Joan also holds her Nursing Home Administrator License and has provided specialized training to nursing home administrators throughout the country. Joan also earned her Master’s degree of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Law School and uses this degree to assist providers in developing and implementing Compliance Plans for healthcare providers.
Joan currently assists facilities to implement an electronic health record. She works with the unique needs of each facility to assist staff and management to initiate different aspects of an electronic health record including MDS completion, claims development, CNA documentation and other clinical and accounting processes.
Joan is an essential ProviNET employee whose eclectic knowledge of healthcare regulations is an indispensible resource for our clients. Her compassionate demeanor coupled with her extraordinary intelligence makes her yet another example of the professionalism our company is proud to offer to our many clients on a daily basis.
Jocelyn serves at ProviNET as a Sales Assistant and works with all of our clients to ensure they receive the IT support our company is known for. Being in the sales department, she is responsible for making sure are clients are equipped with the tools and resources they need in order to succeed in their fields. She processes pricing quotes and works extensively with any client orders. She also works with our Account Manager to schedule current and potential client visits as well as ensuring our clients are satisfied with the service we offer.
Jocelyn attended Trinity Christian College and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She entered the IT field with ProviNET in 2011. Since coming aboard, she has done extensive work in obtaining and storing client information in our software so her fellow employees can serve in an even more efficient manner.

Joe serves as our Director of Managed Services and is a vital resource to our clients in assisting them with strategic planning and the implementation of contemporary technologies in order to help our clients remain an efficient and viable force in the healthcare field. He works onsite with clients and well represents the personal approach that ProviNET takes with empowering all our customers. Joe also serves several of our long-term care clients in the role of Director of Information Technology, where he is able to provide them with special attention and guidance in effectively applying current technology to their companies to ensure competiveness in the industry.
Joe is a graduate of Trinity Christian College where he was rewarded his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Management Information Technology. He was been working as an IT professional since 2002 and started with our team in 2006. He also holds several software and hardware certifications and is considered a valuable source of expertise in strategic planning as it relates to technology. Joe is another ProviNET employee dedicated to providing our clients with the best IT support and guidance available.
John is the Network Administrator for Providence Life Services, ProviNET’s parent company. He is responsible for repairing any IT issues our clients may encounter as well as maintaining a healthy and effective network to provide clients with excellent IT. He also is well versed in addressing server issues and is proud whenever he can get them fixed before the client even comes in for the work day.
He attended Joliet Junior College and DeVry University and has his Bachelor’s degree in Networking and Communication Management. He also holds a few certifications such as the Comp TIA A+ and Server +.
John grew up in Lemont, IL. In his spare time, he likes writing and recording music with his band, “The Redfords.” His favorite color of M&M is blue.
John serves as our Senior Systems Engineer, working with clients, fellow employees, and vendors alike to help streamline the services that ProviNET has to offer as well as empower our clients with the tools and resources they need to excel in their fields. He is responsible for all network operations engaged by our company as well as overseeing all our highly skilled technical service staff, including Developers, Engineers, and Technicians. John is also responsible for all aspects of data protection to ensure the business continuity for our clients as well as ProviNET. Additionally, he is a vital resource in the research, validation, and standardization of new technology usage by our company and acts as an expert client consultant in regards to the implementation of new technology to further develop a successful working environment.
John is also extremely skilled at creating and maintaining custom software applications for the unique demands of our clients and our company. He has made significant contributions in the creation of our integrated “best of breed” solution for our healthcare clients and he continues to develop and support these custom interfaces. John also provides system support for several business systems such as UltiPro and Kronos in addition to managing and maintaining critical systems located at ProviNET.
John is a Trinity Christian College alumnus with his Bachelor’s degree in both Mathematics and Computer Science. He began working in IT at a young age and entered the field professionally in 1999. He came aboard ProviNET in 2004 and has been an indispensible asset at our company ever since, offering valuable work and an entertaining personality to our staff and our clients.
John is one of our Software Support Specialists and is yet another employee dedicated to working with many clients each day. He is well versed in Vision, CareWatch, RiskWatch, PC Ace and IVANS and is proud to have a competitive understanding of the Medicare billing system that he obtained here at ProviNET. John offers swift, friendly support to all our clients who need assistance with their software so they can remain viable, competitive entities in the healthcare field.
He attended DeVry University and was rewarded his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Networking and Communications, he also holds his Network + certification. He has been working in IT since 2004, having a background in doing wiring, and came aboard ProviNET in 2009.
John grew up in Momence, IL. As a current resident of this town; he serves as a volunteer firefighter in his spare time. His favorite color of M&M is orange.
Josh is another one of our Field Technicians who directly provides our clients with quality IT support. He works onsite with our clients to set up new workstations, install software applications, and troubleshoot hardware issues in addition to any other problems our clients may come across. In addition, Josh is the Outsourced Director for a couple of our clients, giving them intimate IT attention to help them remain competitive in their field. He is also very proud of his cabling abilities, having once assisted one of our larger clients install their SARA system.
He is a graduate of the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor where he got his degree in Film and Video Studies with a minor in Sound Production/Engineering. Josh took an interest in IT at a very young age and joined ProviNET in 2008.
Josh grew up in Sturgis, MI. In his free time, he enjoys recording/producing himself and other in his home studio, writing, video games, and playing a variety of instruments. His favorite color of M&M is yellow.
Kelly is an Administrative Assistant at ProviNET and she works each day to ensure the functionality of the company as well as making sure our clients are satisfied with the end product of their services. She is responsible for scheduling events for ProviNET, answering the general phone line, assisting with staff orientation, and making travel arrangements for employees. She is also available to assist our staff in serving our clients as a resource and a helping hand.
Kelly is a graduate of Millikin University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication. She entered the IT field with ProviNET in 2010.
Kelly grew up in Tinley Park, IL. In her spare time, she enjoys bowling, shopping and hanging out with her family and friends. Red is her favorite color when it comes to M&M’s.
Leah works as a Sales Assistant for ProviNET and is happy to work closely with clients on a daily basis. She also works as an outsourced Sales Assistant for one of the software companies we support, eHealth Data Solutions. She plays a vital role in creating and maintaining relationships with current and prospective eHDS clients. She is especially excited to be a part of the client care team where she has the opportunity to listen to client concerns, evaluate their needs, and then present them with possible solutions.
Leah received her Associate’s degree for being a Teacher’s Aide from Dordt College and later went on to obtain her Bachelor’s in English from Calvin College. She entered the IT field in 2008 as part of our sales team.
Leah grew up in Pella, IA and enjoys quilting, reading, and travel in her spare time. If she had to pick a favorite color of M&M, it would be brown since it most closely resembles chocolate.
Mark is another one of our Software Support Specialists working to provide our clients with the best available assistance with their software questions and issues. He works with clients on the phone and by remotely accessing their computers in order to resolve their dilemmas on a daily basis. He is skilled in Vision, MAS, and a variety of payroll software, such as Ultipro and Kronos along with Cognos 8, which is a Business Intelligence reporting application. He also works very closely with human resources departments and systems to maintain functionality as well as fixing any issues that may arise.
Mark received his Bachelor’s degree in EET and his Master’s degree in CIT from Purdue University. He has been working in the field since 1977 and joined ProviNET in 2007.
Mark grew up in the state of Illinois. In his spare time, he is interested in restoring antiques and the art of photography. His favorite color of M&M is white, when you can find them.
Mark has been in IT since 2005, and started at ProviNET in 2007. He is our Account Manager who works with all of ProviNET’s clients to ensure their needs are met and our services are beyond satisfactory. He also collaborates on larger implementation projects pre and post-sale, quoting and coordinating between the client and our tech/engineer teams. Since Mark has been at ProviNET, he’s played a significant role in developing and nurturing the Sales and Account Management divisions of ProviNET, providing a steady stream of sales opportunities from current and new clientele. Mark is especially excited to be a part of ProviNET as it experiences its most growth filled year to date, exceeding all expectations of total company growth; both financially and in total staff.
Mark grew up in the town of Newton, Iowa and later went on to double major in Sociology and Psychology at Trinity Christian College (one of our many clients). In his free time, Mark is interested in any music [except country!], enjoys watching movies, being outside, playing golf and riding bike—he is also a self-confessed YouTube addict.
Mark is another one of our Field Engineers who works with many of our clients to provide them with IT support on their servers. He is responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining client servers and even works with one of our clients as their network engineer and technician. He is especially proud to have played an important part in implementing a new server infrastructure for a client, including three new exchange servers, two new domain controllers, two ESX hosts and a new SAN.
Mark attended Trinity Christian College and Saint Xavier University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Chemistry and his Master’s in Computer Science. He has been in the IT field since 1998 and joined ProviNET in 2010.

Matt is one of our Field Engineers who plays a vital part in the wellbeing of our clients’ servers and networks. He works with many clients each day and has even become an Outsourced Director for a few of them. He is responsible for working with some of our Managed clients to help them save money and remain competitive in their fields. He very much enjoys researching cost effective strategies and learning different systems and problem solving techniques to better serve our clients.
He attended Trinity Christian College and received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education. He also holds many certifications, some of which are the ComptiaA+, Comptia Net+, MCP, and MCSA 2003.

Matt is another one of our Field Technicians whose specialty is providing our clients with direct IT service. He works onsite with many of our clients each day, but he provides special attention to one of our larger clients as their dedicated technician. Nate works for us as a Field Technician and serves our clients on site to address their IT needs. Rich is the Chief Technology Officer at ProviNET Solutions, utilizing his years of knowledge and experience to enable our staff in our effort to provide expert consulting and support services to help our clients streamline their business process and acquire an outstanding presence in their professional fields. Rich draws upon a wide array of resources and skill to provide our clients with valuable technical expertise as a senior technical consultant. He is an experienced and amiable leader, responsible for the management and oversight of our technical consulting and support services staff. He also plays an instrumental role in the strategic planning and continued technological and business growth of ProviNET and its clients.
Rich is a capable individual for his role with our company, employing over 10 years of experience in consulting and management in many different types of fields, such as school districts, colleges, and healthcare organizations. He is proud today to be able to lead these types of organizations in a personable manner through all the stages of technology implementation, integration, design, and general business growth.

Rob works as a Tier 2 HelpDesk Coordinator at ProviNET. Acting as one of the team leads, he plays an instrumental part in assessing our clients’ needs when they call in and finding the best course of action to resolve their issues in an effective manner. He is another employee on the first line of support for all our clients, representing the upbeat and personable attitude of the company. He is proficient in a wide variety of IT disciplines including email management and virus removal, and works with clients both over the phone and via remote access to their systems. He is also responsible for following up on work orders in other departments in order to provide our clients with prompt solutions to their issues.
Rob attended the University of Illinois and first entered the IT field in 1986 before coming aboard our company in 2008. He also holds a number of certifications including Dell Sales Certification, Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall Certified Technician as well as a Symantec Sales Expert with SMB Specialization.
Rob grew up all over the Midwest and enjoys reading and playing with his daughter when he has free time. His favorite color of M&M is yellow in the peanut variety.
Robin serves at ProviNET as our Programming & Interface Project Coordinator where she oversees our development and programming team. Her role is to act as a liaison between this team and the other departments within ProviNET as well as our clients. Her efforts at keeping these projects organized and on time greatly increases the efficiency with which our company is able to accommodate the needs of our clients. Prior to working with the development team, Robin worked on the Helpdesk team and in that role, she managed the escalation of support calls and provided valuable support role for that team.
Robin attended DeVry University and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in CIS. She has been working in IT since 2007.
She grew up in Elkhart, IN and in her free time she enjoys cross stitching, video games, papercraft, and watching movies. She has no favorite color of M&M as she believes that they are all delicious.
Siebern is one of our Low Voltage Specialists, working with our clients each day to assist them with the implementation, management, and maintenance of an efficient working environment. He specializes in working onsite with our clients to do cabling, installing and maintaining phone and paging systems, and even work with nurse call systems. He has had extensive training on various phone and computer systems that he uses to serve our clients on a regular basis. Siebern is yet another employee at ProviNET devoted to representing the quality and direct service our company is known for.

Steve serves as a Senior Systems Engineer and is an important factor in the wellbeing of all our network implications, overseeing the functionality of our servers, datacenters, and datalines in addition to acting as a lead for all Technical Service Staff (Developers, Engineers, and Technicians). Steve acts as a key figure in our company when it comes to emergency server repairs, known for his dedication to keeping our company and clients up and running, regardless of the time of day. He has a wide range of specialties that he brings to ProviNET, including Windows Server products, VMWare vitualization, and Citrix application presentation technologies.

Sue is our Clinical Systems Consultant, often working onsite with clients as a valuable resource to help them implement a variety of healthcare applications including EMR, Quality Assurance, and other related emerging technologies. She also acts as the lead for the Software Support team, in charge of hiring new staff and overseeing software projects among many other responsibilities. Sue has a wealth of clinical expertise that she uses to serve clients in helping them remain competitive and viable in the healthcare industry through the use of technology. She has over 20 years of nursing experience in home health care, assisted living, and long-term care. She also previously served with our parent company, Providence Life Services, as the Technology Research Clinician where she completed research and testing of Telehealth products as well as other technology applications and wellness solutions. In addition, she has experience in pharmacy for long term care in the management of data entry, medical records, and nurse consultant departments. Sue is an extremely qualified individual drawing on years of clinical technology consulting to serve new clients implementing new technology in addition to assisting current clients with the maintenance and management of their technological processes.

Ted is one of our Field Technicians committed to working with clients in person to address their IT needs. He is responsible for setting up workstations, installing new software, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of our clients’ technological environment so they are properly equipped to compete in their fields. Ted has been involved in personal consulting since 2001 and began supporting corporate infrastructures in 2008. Ted joined the ProviNET team in January of 2011 and holds a variety of industry certifications including the CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, MCTS, and the MCSA. He is also currently studying at DeVry University for his degree in Network Systems Administration.

Tim is one of our Low Voltage Coordinators and also serves as the Low Voltage Team’s lead. He works with many clients onsite to provide them with superior cabling, phone bill audits and system installation. He also specializes in nurse call and wander management solutions for long-term healthcare facilities. As his team’s lead, he oversees all low voltage projects and is considered a valuable resource at ProviNET as he has held numerous positions with our company. Tim is an experienced individual lending his skills to clients and fellow employees alike.

Traci works for ProviNET as our Account Representative. She plays a large role in our company’s billing, working on eHDS pricing and contracts, and keeping track of vendor leases and company cell phones. She also makes sure that all work order documentation is accurate and detailed for our clients’ review. She is proud to have been a valuable asset in keeping one of our larger lease accounts clean and up to date as well as playing a part in enabling her fellow employees to provide our clients with exceptional IT support.
Traci is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University where she was rewarded her Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She also holds the MCAPPS and MSTROFC07 certifications. She has been working in IT since 2006 when she joined our company.
Traci grew up in Evergreen Park, IL and she enjoys spending her time away from work with her kids and vacationing in Disney World. She is not a fan of M&M’s (unless it’s in the form of a NASCAR with a #18 on it), but her favorite color of them is orange.
Matt is an Intern serving at ProviNET who is aspiring to one day become a full time member of the staff. He is thrilled to have the opportunity to have hands on experience with current technology while assisting our industry professionals. On a daily basis he is available to all staff for any additional help they may need in serving clients, from basic office maintenance to recording some of our instructional videos. He is also available to cover the HelpDesk on occasion.
Matt has plans to pursue a formal position with ProviNET upon graduating high school and is very grateful to the company for giving him an opportunity to become a Microsoft Certified Professional. Recently he played a major role in creating a 200 port installation and continues to learn new skills like this each day he is here.
