Herman Velasquez
Networking & Communications Specialist

Herman is another one of our Networking and Communications Specialists who is in charge of enabling our client’s with the tools they need to operate and communicate in the most efficient manner possible. He works onsite for our clients to do cabling, installing and maintaining phone and paging systems, as well as work on data systems. With an extensive background in the business, Herman is a valuable resource to our team and is another example of the superior and direct support our company has to offer.

With over 20 years of experience in the field working for well-known entities, Herman has a wealth of understanding for the work he does. He also holds many certifications, some of which are the CompTIA Network + Certification, Fiber optics Installation/Testing and Troubleshooting, DS1 Fundamentals, Installation/Testing, to name a few. He came aboard ProviNET in 2012 and hopes to learn more about the computer systems side of the business with our company so he can serve our clients in an even larger capacity.

Herman grew up in East Chicago, Indiana and in his free time enjoys woodworking, photography, gardening, and attending classical dance lessons with his fiancée.

David Sullivan
Implementation and Support Specialist

David is another one of our Implementation and Support Specialists who is in charge of working closely with clients to assist them in the correct use of their clinical and financial software as well as solving any problems they may come across in their daily work. With experience in HealthMEDX’s EMR software, Vision, as well as a number of other software, he is a vital asset to our clients and other ProviNET employees. He works with our clients mostly over the phone and by remotely accessing their computers to provide speedy, proficient, and amiable service to help them achieve a viable relationship with the software they use on a daily basis.

As a graduate of Lewis University, David holds his bachelor’s degree in Management with a concentration in Information Technology. He has been working as a bookkeeper for Long Term Care Nursing Homes for almost a decade and has been in the software support industry since 2000. He came aboard ProviNET in 2012 and hopes to become a specialist in a number of different software here to become an even greater resource to our clients and company alike.

David grew up in Oak Lawn, IL and in his free time enjoys restoring classic cars as well as serving in an auto repair ministry in his church to help people who can’t afford a car or repairs remain mobile. He also enjoys travelling, biking with his family, horseshoes, and showing off his squirrel collection that was forced on him in the form of Christmas and birthday gifts from friends and family.

Tom Lisowski
Director of Organizational Development

Tom is our Director of Organizational Development who establishes models and communication platforms to support organizational development strategic initiatives. Through this he creates and implements programs designed to connect employees with business goals and their attainment. Tom manages and oversees the Human Resources Team and all its functions, such as recruiting talent for the organization. He also develops and executes effective and efficient communication plans aimed at educating, motivating and supporting staff.

As a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Tom holds his Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication with an emphasis on Public Relations. Tom entered the IT world in 1999 in a recruiting role and has numerous years of recruiting and management experience in various industries. Tom joined the ProviNET team in 2012 as the IT Talent Acquisition Specialist /HR.

Tom grew up on the South Side of Chicago and in his free time enjoys any outdoor activities, working out, staying active, running, biking, relaxing outdoors, and spending a lot of time with his family and close friends.

Laura Palys
Services Coordinator

Laura is one of our Service Coordinators at ProviNET. She plays a vital role in ensuring that all client calls, emails and service tickets are escalated properly to their specified department. Laura pre-processes tickets to provide accuracy and necessary information for a positive client experience. She is also responsible for communicating directly with clients to schedule services and confirm agreements, as well as to provide support for various healthcare software used daily.

As an attendant of Olympia College, Laura obtained her Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding which makes her an asset to our clients in the healthcare industry. She has worked for our parent company, Providence Life Services, for over 20 years focusing on patient care, admissions, and social services. Most recently, she has worked for a physician’s billing service before coming aboard ProviNET.

Laura grew up in Alsip, IL and in her spare time enjoys scrapbooking, paper crafting, cooking, and hanging out with friends and family.

Kelly Klimp
Lead Field Technician

Kelly is our Lead Field Technician, who plays a crucial role in personally assisting our clients with a variety of their IT needs. She is another ProviNET employee dedicated to going onsite with our clients and troubleshooting any hardware or software issues, the setup and maintenance of new workstations, delivering supplies, and any other services that can help our clients remain efficient and productive in their daily work.

Kelly obtained her Associate degree of Applied Science in Electronic and Computer Technology at DeVry University and her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Network Communications Management. She has been working with computers since 1999 and first entered the IT field professionally in 2006 with the Orland School District before coming aboard ProviNET in 2011.

She grew up in Clinton, MO for the most part and migrated back to her hometown of Chicago after high school. In her free time she enjoys playing video games, doing arts and crafts with her daughter, and reading anything and everything.

Chris Stephens
Senior Systems Engineer

As a Senior Systems Engineer, Chris manages the day to day operations of our Application Service Provider (ASP) network. He is a dedicated IT Network Professional with extensive background in IT administrative operations, network upgrades and advanced-level desktop support. Chris serves as one of ProviNET’s “go-to” problem-solvers, who can diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware problems.

As a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, Chris obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Information Systems. He is a four time MCSE in NT4, Window’s 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows 2008. He first entered the IT field in 1996 and came aboard ProviNET in 2011.

Chris grew up in Peotone, IL. He enjoys going to the gym, attending concerts and a variety of sports.

Dale Eenigenburg
Lead Systems Engineer

As ProviNET’s Lead Systems Engineer, Dale manages day to day operations of the Engineering Team and ProviNET’s Datacenter. He is responsible for identifying key areas of improvement within his team, and works with the Director of Technology to improve and develop communication between departments, customers and the escalation process of support calls. Dale works to support the underlying infrastructure that ProviNET services rely upon.

Dale is from the greater Chicagoland area, and is a graduate of Purdue University Calumet. There he obtained his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Computer Information Systems in Networking with a minor in Security. He first entered the IT field in 2002 when he built his first computer and started fixing them shortly after that.

In his spare time he enjoys gaming, spending time with friends and watching movies.

Matthew Johnston
Software Services Lead

Matthew is our Software Services Lead, he mentors the Software Services Team to ensure that resources are adequately allocated and focused to meet team goals. He acts as a valuable resource to many of our healthcare clients in regards to utilizing their Electronic Medical Records so that they remain a competitive and compliant force in the healthcare industry. He also serves as a Project Manager for the various Software Support projects that the team handles each day to get new clients implemented with their EMR and to assist existing EMR clients with utilizing the software to the best of their ability.

As a graduate of Purdue University with his degree in Computer Information Systems Technology, Matthew first entered the IT field in 2002 and served as the Director of Information Technology at a renowned healthcare facility before coming aboard ProviNET in 2011.

In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife and two daughters, running, indulging in Star Wars, and watching sports.

Beth Lade
Technical Services Coordinator

Beth is a Technical Services Coordinator at ProviNET. She is responsible for taking escalated calls and tickets, and dispatches them to other teams. Beth pre-processes service tickets and coordinates with internal resources as well as customers to ensure the quality of tickets. This is so service tickets will parallel to service level agreements for excellent customer care.

Beth received her Bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications Management at DeVry University. She began working in the IT field in 2009 where she started at ProviNET. She continues to grow within the company and is proud to pass her knowledge along to our clients and provide them with the best care possible.

Beth grew up in Donovan, IL. In her free time she enjoys sports, music, video games, cars and computers.

Jared Hohm
Senior Systems Developer

As our Senior Systems Developer, Jared is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing ProviNET and client databases. He serves as a ‘go-to’ person for design decisions towards how applications are developed, architected and delivered both internally and externally. Jared’s work varies, as he may be called upon to create or convert data reports or to customize various capabilities of software to better meet client needs.

He is a graduate of Trinity Christian College where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. Jared has been involved in IT for a good number of years. He joined our team in 2010 and has been indispensible in our endeavor to provide our clients with superior IT service.

Jared grew up in Aurora, IL and enjoys reading, singing in his church choir, racquetball, and playing almost any type of game.

Brett Keller
Netcom Co-Lead

Brett is the Co-Lead for the Network and Communications Team at ProviNET. He is responsible for assisting the Network and Communications Lead in directing Netcom technicians, as well as dispatching services, time and tasks. Brett focuses on the installation and service of life safety systems. He develops, executes and maintains current and new workflows, which strengthen the organizations he works with to enable effective use of technology.

Brett has been working in IT since 2009 when he joined our team. He graduated from DeVry University with his Bachelor’s degree in Networking and Communications Management, and is happy to be a part of the great team of people that is ProviNET Solutions.

He grew up in the Chicago suburbs, and enjoys hanging out with his girlfriend, weightlifting and spending time with his dogs..

Carl Goodfriend
Chief Information Officer

Carl is the Chief Information Officer at ProviNET Solutions, serving in a dual role as the CIO for ProviNET as well as our parent company, Providence Life Services. He is responsible for the continued growth through the use of emerging technologies. Drawing upon 30 years of experience in long term care operations and over 20 years in technology and information systems, he is a knowledgeable and proficient leader in both areas which gives him a superior viewpoint on how to best incorporate the two into one efficient and successful whole.

Leading ProviNET, Carl excels at advancing technology adoption and information systems use for our many clients; empowering them with the tools and support to streamline their business and obtain a dominant modernized technological presence. He is proud to participate in a variety of advisory boards and is active in national and state associations that promote the use of electronic health information systems.

Carl’s collaborative approach to technology in the long term care provider network allows companies to share ideas and work together to create an integrated system for the next generation of healthcare. As part of this collaborative effort, Carl has developed a network of healthcare providers, software vendors, Telehealth companies, and other IT companies who work together as one to accomplish a similar goal of revolutionizing the tools, support, and knowledge our clients need to adapt to the new generation of technology in business. The words of Andrew Carnegie are at the heart of this collaborative when he said, “I would rather have one percent of 100 people’s efforts than 100 percent of my own.” Carl holds these words in high regard as is apparent in the way he leads staff to work as one with clients to achieve their goals.

Jean Singer
Sr. Financial Implementation Consultant

Jean is one of our Senior Financial Implementation Consultants, bringing 34 years of experience in the healthcare industry to our clients in order to advise them in implementing modern day software to streamline their processes. She goes out to clients to work with them onsite as well as through conference calls, webinars, and direct support through the phone and by remotely accessing client systems. Her extensive knowledge of what technology can do to meet healthcare needs makes her a valuable resource to clients and ProviNET staff alike. She utilizes this knowledge to provide consulting to clients using EMR software as well as project planning to help them implement new software. She then acts as valuable support and on-going training for the software she helps implement, including census, clinical, and billing applications with specialization in HealthMEDX products.

Jean has been working in the IT industry since 1996 when she started working at ProviNET. Prior to coming aboard our organization, Jean worked with our parent company, Providence Life Services where she gained valuable knowledge pertaining to the healthcare industry. Today she acts as collaborator between healthcare and technology to help the two come together into one efficient whole. Jean is another vital asset to our staff and clients, bringing years of experience to ProviNET and our mission of providing the absolute best in IT support.

Jeff Mukamal
VP of Healthcare Consulting

Jeff serves as our VP of Healthcare Consulting, applying his many years of experience in healthcare and IT to offer valuable insight on emerging technologies being used in the field to streamline the way our healthcare clients serve the seniors that are entrusted into their care. Jeff is a licensed nursing home administrator and owner, which makes him a crucial supply of information regarding the success and development of long term care facilities as well as a vital resource in state regulations and procedures. Jeff serves our clients through his extensive experience with technology adoption and the design, development, sales, and marketing of information systems for senior healthcare.

Jeff is well versed in the integration of technology into the healthcare industry. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and his Master’s in Management from North Carolina State University and has been working in IT and healthcare since 1981. He also is an active member of several national and state healthcare associations, including the American Health Care Association as a 2006 Future Leader and a member of the AHCA Quality Improvement Committee since serving since 2007. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators and serves the North Carolina Health Care Facilities Association on their Journey for National Best. In addition to all this, Jeff is a Chair of the Journey Action Team focused on Innovation through the use of technologies. Jeff uses these associations he serves on as a reference and resource in offering both ProviNET and our clients expert advice in adopting optimal healthcare procedures and integrating technology to the utmost of its potential to enable and revitalize our healthcare provider clients in their mission to provide superior care.

Joan McCarthy
Reimbursement and Operations Specialist

Joan serves as our Reimbursement and Operations Specialist and acts as a vital resource in helping our healthcare clients meet Federal and State regulations and become competitive entities in the field through the use of emerging technology and processes. She has over 25 years of experience in the industry and is RAC certified in MDS 3.0, often lending her broad knowledge to our clients in extensive training sessions. Her expertise also includes analysis of operational and clinical systems to ensure efficient and accurate management of services. She is also well versed in Medicare billing as well as Medicaid services and often works on site with clients to do facility staff training, chart reviews, systems management, and outcomes analysis.

Joan also has clinical background in physical therapy in addition to experience in the acute and post-acute care arenas, previously managing therapy and nursing teams. In her prior positions, she has developed specialized units within long-term care facilities, such as Head Injury and Alzheimer’s units. Joan also holds her Nursing Home Administrator License and has provided specialized training to nursing home administrators throughout the country. Joan also earned her Master’s degree of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Law School and uses this degree to assist providers in developing and implementing Compliance Plans for healthcare providers.

Joan currently assists facilities to implement an electronic health record. She works with the unique needs of each facility to assist staff and management to initiate different aspects of an electronic health record including MDS completion, claims development, CNA documentation and other clinical and accounting processes.

Joan is an essential ProviNET employee whose eclectic knowledge of healthcare regulations is an indispensible resource for our clients. Her compassionate demeanor coupled with her extraordinary intelligence makes her yet another example of the professionalism our company is proud to offer to our many clients on a daily basis.

Joe Velderman
Director of Consulting Services

Joe serves as ProviNET’s Director of Consulting Services & Business Development and is a vital resource for clients. He works closely with clients to understand their strategic plans and then develops technology strategies and solutions meant to empower their goals and objectives.

With more than 8 years of experience working with clients from a technology perspective, he has served in such capacities as outsourced IT Director and Virtual CIO. Through those engagements, Joe has assisted several organizations in their implementation of contemporary technologies from both a hardware and software perspective in order to help organizations remain an efficient and viable force in their respective industry. Joe regularly shares insights into the healthcare technology industry through speaking engagements and webinars.

Joe is a graduate of Trinity Christian College where he was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Information Technology. He has been working as an IT professional since 2002 and started with the ProviNET team in 2006. Joe holds several software and hardware certifications and is considered a valuable source of expertise in strategic planning as it relates to technology. John Gidlund
Senior Systems Engineer

John Gidlund is one of ProviNET’s Senior Systems Engineers. He assists in adding, moving and changing ProviNET’s datacenter, as well as conducting its overall maintence. John works to identify, develop and document system implementations, while performing the highest level of infrastructure design to support the datacenter and client base. John continues to work towards the improvement of technical procedures to increase efficiency and standardize client outcomes.

John grew up in Lemont, IL and attended Joliet Junior College and DeVry University, obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Networking and Communication Management. He holds a variety of certifications such as the Comp TIA A+, Server+, MCITP and CCA.

John grew up in Lemont, IL. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and recording music with his band, “The Redfords.”

John Whittington
Sr. Financial Implementation Consultant

John is one of our Senior Financial Implementation Consultants and is yet another employee dedicated to working with many clients each day. He is well versed in Vision, CareWatch, RiskWatch, PC Ace and IVANS and is proud to have a competitive understanding of the Medicare billing system that he obtained here at ProviNET. John offers swift, friendly support to all our clients who need assistance with their software so they can remain viable, competitive entities in the healthcare field.

He attended DeVry University and was rewarded his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Networking and Communications, he also holds his Network + certification. He has been working in IT since 2004, having a background in doing wiring, and came aboard ProviNET in 2009.

John grew up in Momence, IL. As a current resident of this town; he serves as a volunteer firefighter in his spare time.

Josh DeBusschere
Field Technician

Josh is another one of our Field Technicians who directly provides our clients with quality IT support. He works onsite providing system administration as an outsourced director for clients with Windows based networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as any other problems they may come across. His goal is to enable the customers to remain competitive in their field. Josh is also very proud of his cabling and audio/video abilities, having once assisted one of our larger clients install their SARA system.

He is a graduate of the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor where he got his degree in Film and Video Studies with a minor in Sound Production/Engineering. Josh took an interest in IT at a very young age and joined ProviNET in 2008.

Josh grew up in Sturgis, MI. In his free time, he enjoys recording in his home studio, playing a variety of instruments, singing karaoke, playing basketball and riding his motorcycle.

Kelly Walker
Human Resources Specialist

Kelly is our Human Resources Specialist at ProviNET who works to deliver administrative and personnel support to the Human Resources Department. She ensures HR paperwork is generated and processed, while performing various functions such as recruiting, hiring and assisting in training new staff members. Kelly supports the HR department to help employees and ensure the staff’s requests and questions are being handled in a timely manner.

Kelly is a graduate of Millikin University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication. She entered the IT field with ProviNET in 2010.

Kelly grew up in Tinley Park, IL. In her spare time, she enjoys bowling, shopping and hanging out with her family and friends.

Leah van der Velde
Client Care Lead

Leah is our Client Care Lead at ProviNET. She is responsible for providing account and administrative support to the general organizational operations as well as managing day to day operations of the Client Care Team. Leah handles client inquires and generates tickets for follow-up from the sales staff, as well as the creation of new quotes, modifying existing quote and tracking renewables.

Leah received her Associate degree as a Teacher’s Aid from Dordt College, and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Calvin College. She entered the IT field in 2008 as a part of ProviNET’s Client Care Team.

Leah grew up in Pella, IA. In her spare time she enjoys quilting, reading and traveling.

Mark Nunnikhoven
Director of Client Relations

Mark has been in IT since 2005, and started at ProviNET in 2007. He is our Director of Client Relations who works with all of ProviNET’s clients to ensure their needs are met and our services are beyond satisfactory. He also collaborates on larger implementation projects pre and post-sale, quoting and coordinating between the client and our Tech and Engineering Teams. Since Mark has been at ProviNET, he’s played a significant role in developing and nurturing the Sales and Account Management divisions of ProviNET, providing a steady stream of sales opportunities from current and new clientele. Mark is especially excited to be a part of ProviNET as it experiences its most growth filled year to date, exceeding all expectations of total company growth; both financially and in total staff.

Mark grew up in the town of Newton, Iowa and later went on to double major in Sociology and Psychology at Trinity Christian College (one of our many clients). In his free time, Mark is interested in any music [except country!], enjoys watching movies, being outside, playing golf and riding bike—he is also a self-confessed YouTube addict.

Matt Anema
Systems Engineer / Outsourced Director

Matt is one of our Systems Engineers who plays a vital part in the wellbeing of our clients’ servers and networks. He works with many clients each day and has even become an Outsourced Director for a few of them. He is responsible for working with some of our Managed clients to help them save money and remain competitive in their fields. He enjoys researching cost effective strategies and learning different systems and problem solving techniques to better serve our clients.

He attended Trinity Christian College and received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with a minor in Secondary Education. Matt also holds many certifications, some of which are the ComptiaA+, Comptia Net+, MCP, and MCSA 2003.

Matt grew up in Janesville, WI and enjoys spending his free time playing with his three boys and daughter, and working in his church.

Nate McGuire
Field Technician

Nate is one of our Field Technicians. He serves our clients onsite to address their IT needs and is responsible for fixing any issues that may arise. He works to set up new workstations, delivery of IT supplies, troubleshooting hardware issues and keeps our clients up and running in full efficiency. Nate is yet another qualified individual at ProviNET devoted to providing clients with quality service.

Nate is a graduate of South Suburban College, with earing his Associate Degree. He holds a variety of certifications, including the CompTIAA+ as well as being a Microsoft Certified Professional. Nate has been working in IT since 2004 and joined our ProviNET team in 2010.

He grew up in Lansing, IL, and in his free time enjoys photography, papercraft and gaming.

Rob Flaherty
Senior Support Services Coordinator

Rob is our Senior Support Services Coordinator at ProviNET. He is responsible for a variety of configuration and troubleshooting, as well as communicating with customers as a direct contact for several clients. Rob is proficient in a wide variety of IT disciplines and works with clients both over the phone and via remote access to their systems. He monitors Helpdesk tickets for quality control, and helps his team members to ensure consistency in customer relations and excellent support.

Rob attended the University of Illinois and first entered the IT field in 1986 before coming to ProviNET in 2008. He holds a number of certifications including: Microsoft MCITP, Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall Certified Technician, as well as a Symantec Sales Expert with SMB Specialization.

Rob grew up all over the Midwest and enjoys reading and playing with his daughter in his free time.

Siebern Visser
Dedicated Technology Professional for PLS

Siebern is our Dedicated Technology Professional (DTP) for Providence Life Services. In this position, he coordinates technology projects for PLS communities and the corporate office. Siebern works directly with other ProviNET staff members on specific assignments and is the escalation point for PLS technology issues as they arise. He designs and implements projects, all while ensuring that PLS maintains and deploys systems that align with the technical and operational standards of ProviNET.

Siebern grew up in Worth IL, and attended Trinity Christian College. He has been working in IT since 1999, and joined our team in 2007. He has extensive training on various phone and computer systems and is devoted to representing the quality and direct service our company is known for.

In his free time, Siebern plays volleyball and soccer. He also enjoys spending time with his nieces and nephews as much as he can.

Steven VanderVelde
Project Management Team Lead

Steve is our Project Management Lead and is responsible for overseeing Electronic Health Record implementations and a variety of other projects for our clients. He is honored to work as a team lead with the Software Implementation Team at ProviNET, which consists of clinical and financial consultation. Steve serves as a point of first contact between the team and our clients to execute the services and support that they need. He is proud to have learned the many complexities of the healthcare industry and what technology can do to help streamline our clients and increase their vitality in the field.

Steve is a graduate of Purdue University Calumet with his Bachelor’s degree in English, Professional Writing and a minor in Communications. He worked in the healthcare field since 2009 before entering the world of IT with ProviNET in 2011.

Steve grew up in Lansing, IL and in his free time enjoys music, reading, writing and hanging out with his friends and his wife. Although he does not like to advertise this, Steve often fights crime in his spare time as the Batman.

Sue Koldenhoven
Director of Software Services

Sue is the Director of Software Services at ProviNET and is a certified Informatics Nurse. She manages the Software Services Team and ensures day to day support while testing, training and implementing clinical and financial software applications. Sue serves as a liaison between clinical, administrative, and IT groups amongst our organization and clients. She also conducts clinical application optimizations providing analysis of current set-up and use as well as making recommendations for improvements to maximize data input and output.

Sue is a graduate of Trinity Christian College with her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing. She first entered the IT field in 2008, and came aboard ProviNET in 2010. Her years of experience in the healthcare industry coupled with her knowledge of clinical software and technology make her an essential resource to clients looking to excel in their field, as well as our own staff.

Ted Klimp
Systems Engineer

Ted is a Systems Engineer at ProviNET, committed to working with clients in person to address their IT needs. He is responsible for setting up workstations, installing new software, and ensuring the overall wellbeing of our clients’ technological environment so they are properly equipped to compete in their fields. Ted obtained his Associate's Degree of Applied Science in Network Systems Administration. He has been involved in personal consulting since 2001 and began supporting corporate infrastructures in 2008. Ted joined the ProviNET team in January of 2011 and holds a variety of industry certifications including the CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, MCTS, and the MCSA.

Ted grew up in Oak Lawn, IL and Clinton, MO. In his spare time he enjoys video games, hunting, fishing, and camping.

Tim Adams
Senior Field Engineer

Tim is one of our Senior Field Engineers who works with client networks and servers to help boost them to the forefront of their industry. He also serves as an Outsourced Director and Lead Engineer for one of our largest clients and has done extensive work in building their network as well as being a crucial element in all of their network and server implementation. He is yet another example of the special attention and unparalleled support ProviNET gives to our clients on a daily basis.

Tim attended Ball State University, DeVry, and Purdue University Calumet and has his Bachelor’s degree in Music Engineering Technology. He also holds a number of certifications which include the MCP, MCSA, and MCITP. He has been working in IT since 1999 and joined our team in 2000.

Tim grew up in Plainfield, IN. In his spare time, he enjoys video games, poker, and coaching his kids’ sports teams.

Tim Bakker
Solutions Architect

Tim is a Solutions Architect at ProviNET. He serves as a technical resource for our Client Care Team. Tim handles client inquires and issues, while overseeing project management. He goes to on-site discoveries where client's needs are assessed, and he gives technical recommendations for improvements. While in the office, Tim works on modifying customer documentation to ensure ProviNET maintains a positive relationship with new and existing clientele.

Tim is a graduate of Trinity Christian College and received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. He holds certifications from Microsoft, VMWare and NEC. He entered the IT world in 2000 and joined our ProviNET team in 2002.

Tim grew up in Highland, IN. In his free time he enjoys working on projects around his house and spending time with his family.

Traci Gould-Lusciatti
Sr. Billing Specialist

Traci is the Senior Billing Specialist at ProviNET. She provides accounting and staff support to the Business Services Team by closing time entries, project billing and agreement entries, as well as reconciliation and invoice billing. Traci invoices contracts, labor charges, finance charges, contract overages and oversees the aged accounts receivables and equipment lease accounts.

Traci grew up in Evergreen Park, IL and is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University. There she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She also holds MCAPPS and MSTROFC07 certifications. Traci has been working in IT since 2006 when she joined ProviNET.

Outside of work, Traci enjoys spending time with her kids and loves vacationing in Disney World, her favorite place! She is an avid NASCAR and racing fan and enjoys going to Joliet Speedway. Traci is also a proud volunteer of her town’s local soccer board.

Jason Colbert
Field Technician

Jason works for ProviNET as one of our Field Technicians who works onsite with many of our clients to address any of their technology needs. He is responsible for setting up new workstations, delivery of IT supplies, troubleshooting hardware issues, maintaining environments, and fixing anything that is preventing our clients from doing the work they need to do. Jason is proud to contribute to the ProviNET team and looks forward to his continued growth as a professional with us while continuing to provide exceptional customer service.

Equipped with his certifications of Microsoft MCP and MCSA, Jason is yet another qualified employee with our company. He has been fixing computers for family and friends since 2001 before entering the world of IT as a professional in 2007. He came aboard with ProviNET in 2012 and looks forward to continuing his work with our company.

Jason grew up in Crete, IL and in his free time enjoys video games, bowling, wine tasting, going to concerts, and travelling with his wife. He is also proud to be a Cubs fan who had the privilege to be at Wrigley Field the day Kerry Wood threw 20 strikeouts.

Brian Bergholm
Lead Developer and Marketing Specialist

Brian is our Lead Developer and Marketing Specialist at ProviNET. He handles the day to day operations of the Systems and Web Development teams to ensure all development projects are prioritized efficiently. Brian works with many of our clients to help develop a website that fits their needs best to maintain a vibrant, professional and effective presence on the web. He also assists in the design and creation of our own ProviNET site, keeping it fresh and up-to-date!

As a graduate of Robert Morris College, Brian holds his Bachelor's degree of Applied Science in Graphic Design. He also has his Associate's degree from ITT in Computer Drafting and Design. Brian has been creating websites since 2000 and joined with us in 2012.

Brian grew up in Oakley, California as well as the south suburbs of Chicago. In his free time, he enjoys riding and restoring motorcycles, playing ukulele, playing video games, and he is skilled in the art of juggling. Brian is a member of the Cowboy Fast Draw Association and is a huge fan of western movies.

Jon DeFiore
Field Technician

Jon is another one of our Field Technicians responsible for interacting with our clients in a face to face manner each day. He is an important resource to our clients by assisting them with the set-up of new workstations as well as maintaining, repairing, and managing their technological equipment. Working with clients as a dedicated onsite technician, Jon is a valuable representative of ProviNET's mission of providing clients with personable and professional support.

As a student at DeVry University, Jon obtained his Bachelor's degree in Network Communications Management in 2013. He entered the world of IT in 2010 as a HelpDesk Associate for the Chicago Cubs while also working as an IT Assistant for another company. Jon joined our team in 2013 and is excited for the opportunity for more professional growth at ProviNET and working towards becoming a Network Engineer.

Jon grew up in South Chicago Heights and in his free time enjoys rocking his drums, music production, DJ'ing, and playing music with his wife and kids. Interestingly, he has toured internationally as a DJ working under a pseudonym that comes from a great film in the 80s.

Chris Flynn
Sr. Clinical Implementation Consultant

Chris is our Senior Clinical Implementation Consultant who is a great resource for all our EMR clients, bringing an extensive knowledge of the clinical application of HealthMEDX's Vision software to our team. Her history as a nurse in the long term care arena makes her a valuable asset to both ProviNET and our clients in EMR builds and implementations for healthcare companies. She is also an excellent support staff member with a background in Vision troubleshooting as well as the instruction of the proper use of the system with a specialty in the nursing perspective.

As a graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the College of Dupage, Chris has her Bachelor's degree in graphic design and her Associate's degree in Nursing with an RN certification. She entered the world of IT in 2011 as the lead point of contact at one of our healthcare clients for their EMR implementation and came aboard ProviNET in 2013.

Chris grew up in La Grange, IL and in her free time enjoys painting, cooking, and spending time with her large family. She has also been known to answer to Florence.

Carol Sendra
eHDS Sales Coordinator

Carol serves as our eHDS Sales Coordinator, working as a support and sales contact for many clients across the nation. Her role includes working as an outsourced Sales Assistant for one of the software companies we support, eHealth Data Solutions. She plays a vital role in creating and maintaining relationships with current and prospective eHDS clients as well as coordinating training sessions for staff and clients alike. She is also skilled in supporting the software whenever issues may arise and acts as a point of contact between the developers and the clients. Carol is yet another example of the amiable nature of our company and she works diligently with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with the services they receive.

As an attendee of Moraine Valley Community College, Carol gained valuable experience in computers and has been using and repairing them since 1984. She previously worked as a Sales Coordinator / Trade Show Coordinator / ACT Administrator before joining the ProviNET team in 2013. She is excited for the opportunity to improve her knowledge base and skills in the IT field with our company while attending more classes.

Carol grew up in Oak Forest, Illinois and in her free time enjoys being outdoors, following sports, and building her movie library which contains over 1,000 titles. A fun fact about her is that she is a competitor in the Warrior Dash, a 5K with 12 different obstacles along the way including fire, mud, and barbwire.

Hylan Hicks
Technical Services Coordinator

Hylan is a Technical Services Coordinator at ProviNET. He is responsible for taking escalated calls and tickets, and dispatches them to other teams. Hylan pre-processes service tickets and ensures that customers are contacted and services are scheduled within corresponding service level agreements.

As an attendee of Chicago State and DeVry University, Hylan holds certifications in Comptia A+ and Comptia N+. He looks forward to the future where he hopes to specialize in ICND using Cisco (IOS) Internetwork Operating System and other Network operating systems. Hylan joined the IT field in 1999 and joined the ProviNET team in 2013.

Hylan grew up in Chicago, and in his free time enjoys playing soprano sax and guitar, as well as checking out the local jazz talent in Chicago. An interesting fact about him, is that he used to be a street musician and was proud to contribute to the Jazz/Blues scene for which Chicago is known for.

Mike Walter
Software Support Specialist

Mike Walter, another of our dedicated Software Support Specialists, is available to assist our clients with software questions and problems. Mike supports HealthMEDX's Vision software: working with our clients daily to empower and instruct them in the proper use of the system and troubleshooting any difficulties. He brings healthcare software expertise to our team and acts as a valuable resource to clients and staff.

As a graduate of DeVry University, Mike holds his bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and holds a certification in Writing Queries in Transact-SQL. He entered the IT field in 1999 doing support for dial up internet and later went on to do desktop support for a chain of hearing care providers. He joined the ProviNET team in 2013 and looks forward to supporting Vision and related programs for our clients in his future with the company.

Mike grew up in Connecticut and Ohio, and in his free time enjoys video games, board/card games, cooking, comics, and television series. An interesting fact about Mike that not everyone knows is he makes retro pixel-art out of Perler beads, he also bowled a 200 once.

Mark Maguire
Field Technician

Mark works for us as a Field Technician and serves our clients on site to address their IT needs. He is responsible for fixing any issues that may arise in our clients' environments as well as setting up new workstations, delivery of IT supplies, troubleshooting hardware issues, and anything else that keeps our clients up and running at full efficiency. Mark is yet another qualified individual at ProviNET devoted to providing our clients with quality service.

As a former student of Limerick Institute of Technology, Mark holds some certifications including the CompTia A+, City and Guilds T4 in Electronics and Micro-Electronics. He entered the IT field in 1998 and was working as a Senior Tech at Dell Ireland before joining ProviNET in 2013 where he hopes to refine his skills even further and be one of our Network Admins in the next few years.

An interesting fact about Mark is that he grew up in the Irish country side. In his free time he enjoys model railways.

Ahmad Atiq
Software Support Specialist

As a Software Support Specialist, Ahmad is responsible for day to day support, and tests clinical and financial software applications. He focuses on end user troubleshooting, and helps to manage the queue of support tickets. Ahmad trains end users on software packages, and interacts with participants to ensure the efficient utilization of systems for industry standards.

As a graduate of Saint Xavier University, Ahmad holds his Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science. He first entered the world of IT in 2011, and began his career at ProviNET in 2013 on the Helpdesk Team, and is happy to continue growing with our team where he can share his experience and skills with those around him.

Ahmad grew up in the Chicago suburbs, and in his free time enjoys being with his family and friends, fitness, martial arts and reading. He often competes in martial arts tournaments for fun!

Joe Miller
Helpdesk Coordinator

As a Helpdesk Coordinator at ProviNET, Joe is responsible for a variety of configuration, troubleshooting and consumer communication on a daily basis. He has an extensive understanding of computer functions and creates work orders to dispatch throughout the Helpdesk department, while diligently multi-tasking and maintaining excellent customer service.

Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree from DePaul University, and entered into the IT world in 2011. Currently, he is working on his MCSA in Windows 7, and will pursue CompTIA’s A+, N+, S+ as well as Apple’s ACSP in the near future. His future is bright with the goal of advancing within the organization.

Joe has been with ProviNET since 2013. A native of Worth IL, Joe’s personal hobbies include mobile technologies, video gaming and is an avid car enthusiast.

Joe Gonzalez
Project Manager

Joe serves as a Project Manager for our ProviNET team, being the liaison between our clients and the technical teams. Joe is highly skilled at overseeing the day to day operational tasks of various projects and processes. He serves as a strong communicator for the team and customers on a daily basis.

A native to the South Side of Chicago, Joe grew up in Blue Island. He attended Columbia College of Chicago, majoring in Communications and Journalism towards his Bachelor’s Degree. Joe entered the IT world in 2001 as a Helpdesk Tech, and joined ProviNET in 2013. He hopes to continue his growth with project management within the company.

In his spare time, Joe has been involved with different political campaigns and web development projects, aside from his usual project coordinator roles. On the opposite end, Joe has become a volleyball addict for the past 5 years, traveling around the country to various tournaments. He is also a personal fan of playing flight simulator games.

Alejandro Ortega
Cabling Technician

As a Cabling Technician, Alejandro is responsible for the installation and support of cabling systems, phone systems and wireless network equipment. He works on the cabling for voice and data networks, all while keeping a flexible and positive attitude towards the clients and staff. Alejandro has strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing him to learn quickly and solve problems in a timely manner.

Alejandro grew up in a small town named Guerreo Negro, in the southern area of Baja California, Mexico. After moving up north, he attended ITT Technical Institute and received his Associate’s Degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology, and obtained a certificate in SBCA. He entered the IT world in 2008, and joined the ProviNET team in 2014. Down the line, he wants to receive his Bachelor’s Degree while growing within the company.

Scott Sweeney
Helpdesk Lead

As the Helpdesk Lead, Scott manages the day-to-day operations of the Helpdesk Team. He works to implement policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, documented, distributed and then corrected. Scott is responsible for a variety of configuring and troubleshooting, and provides real-time support for a variety of desktop users.

Scott grew up in Bolingbrook, IL, attending Western Governors University. He started working in IT in 1999 in while also pursing his music career, then switched to full time IT in 2005. His interest in technology grew when his family brought home their first PC. Scott ran his own BBS (Bulletin Board System) at age 11, and programmed his first game in BASIC by the age of 12. His certifications include: Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist and ITIL Foundation V3.

Scott’s favorite piece of technology is his Apple-based Protools recording studio, as he is a singer and songwriter. He spent 10 years prior to IT performing and touring over 500 concerts across the country!

Steve Salem
Systems Engineer

As a Systems Engineer, Steve is responsible for troubleshooting network connection, server, network application and hosted environment problems. Throughout the day he examines current networks to look for improvements, and assists in various client needs. Within his position, Steve takes escalated and complex issues and finds simple solutions, working on new server and network installs and assisting customers with upgraded technology. Steve aids in the maintenance of ProviNET’s datacenter, as well as emergency maintenance as necessary.

Steve was born and raised in Chicago and attended Westwood College of Technology, receiving an AAS in Computer Networking. Steve’s interest in IT began when he started building his own PCs, then developed into a career path in 2003. He wishes to continue learning new technology, while gaining new certifications. Steve particularly enjoys this job because he can help customers with their problems and achieve a personal sense of accomplishment for himself in the process.

Steve’s favorite piece of technology is his home PC, where he spends free time upgrading and tweaking it, and enjoying its capability for gaming. Steve also likes reading, comics, collecting and painting Miniatures, RPGs, music and movies.

Dan Pasnik
Helpdesk Coordinator

Dan serves as a Helpdesk Coordinator at ProviNET. He is responsible for configuration, troubleshooting and problem resolution. Dan dispatches tickets to ensure that staff members follow up on tasks in a timely manner. He uses his knowledge and experience to provide excellent customer service and communication for clients.

Dan began working at ProviNET in 2013 as an Intern. After various training, he became a full-time member of the staff in 2014. He grew up in Elmhurst IL, and received his Associates degree in Applied Science at College of DuPage in Computer Information Systems, as an Application and Tech Support Specialist. He later recieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management, specializing in Information Systems Security.

His love for technology began at a young age, and even now, his iPad is glued to his side wherever he goes. He enjoys gaming outside of work, as well as reading and learning new programming languages. In his spare time, Dan pursues music, and is a huge movie buff!

Ron Daniels

Sonny Henderson
Systems Engineer

Sonny is a Systems Engineer at ProviNET. He is responsible for troubleshooting network connection, server, network application and hosted environment issues. Sonny works with firewalling, routing, virtualization and Active Directory, and configures and deploys new servers and hardware on a daily basis. He enjoys to travel onsite and communicate with the clients he sees regularly, and his customer service makes him a valued member to our team!

Sonny grew up in Batavia IL, and attended Southern Illinois University. He always enjoyed building and modifying his own PCs. He decided to turn it into a career and joined the IT field in 2004. Sonny came aboard ProviNET in 2014, is excited to design and implement new hardware and software to support our clients.

When he’s not working on PCs, Sonny enjoys playing a variety of instruments, including the guitar, piano and bass. He also is involved with wood working, gaming and writing, while finding time to study nature, science and philosophy.

Robin Pryor
Senior Helpdesk Coordinator

Robin is our Senior Helpdesk Coordinator at ProviNET. She serves as a go-to person who provides ongoing training and mentoring for the team and monitors performance through gap analysis. She assists the Helpdesk by managing projects and documenting technical information to ensure that high quality customer service is being provided. Robin has an extensive understanding of computer functions and works directly with clients on the phone to perform remote problem resolution and troubleshooting. She plays an important role in dispatching work orders to the appropriate teams in a timely fashion.

As an attendee of DeVry University, Robin obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology and she also has plans to pursue her MCITP certification. She was a student working in data entry before joining the ProviNET team in 2012.

Robin grew up in Markham, IL and in her free time enjoys shopping, scrapbooking, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Misael Concepcion
Services Coordinator

Misael is a Service Coordinator at ProviNET. His role is to take escalated calls and tickets from other teams, and pre-process any tickets that are escalated. This will ensure accuracy and completeness to provide our clients with great customer service. Misael will contact customers and schedule services in correspondence with the ticket. As a Service Coordinator, Misael is also responsible for remote or internal support with a variety of tickets.

Misael grew up in Boston, MA and attended Pima Community College in Tucson, AZ. He obtained a degree in Systems Administration, with a Networking Certificate, along with CompTIA A+. He entered the IT world in 1993. He hopes to continue his journey and help manage and educate others about technology.

Misael helps out at his church as an audio/visual technician and webmaster. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family by organizing card and board game nights.

Jenee Parrish
Billing Specialist

Jeneé is ProviNET’s Billing Specialist and works with the Business Services Team, providing extensive billing expertise. She sends out invoices, maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as cash deposit files. Jeneé also works closely with the front desk, providing support to various front office functions.

Jeneé grew up in Naperville, IL, and attended Eastern Illinois University. With her experience as a medical biller, Jenee joined our ProviNET team in 2014, and enjoys interacting with our team and new clients.

In her free time, Jenee likes to run and has participated in a triathlon, a half marathon and a few 5k’s. Aside from that, her children’s activities of baseball, softball, football and cheerleading keeps her a busy mom on the field!

Tom Donovan
Director of Technology

Tom serves as Directory of Technology at ProviNET Solutions. He plays an integral role in the companies strategic direction and wellbeing of all our network implications. He oversees everything from the functionality of our servers to our datacenter and data lines. In addition, Tom acts as manager and coach for all direct reports of our Technical Services Staff including Developers, Engineers and Technicians.

Tom graduated from DeVry University, and has been working in the IT field since 2000. He has held a variety of technical positions, including executive responsibilities, overseeing the direction and operation of IT services. Tom joined ProviNET in 2014, and is excited to continue his IT experience and education working with our team.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys listening and talking about music, playing bass guitar, as well as reading and spending time with his family. He is an avid sports fan, and will always enjoy talking about the Philadelphia Eagles, St. Louis Cardinals and anything hockey related!

Daniel Clark
Software Support Specialist

As a Software Support Specialist, Daniel is responsible for day to day support, as well as the testing and training of clinical and financial software. With a focus on troubleshooting, he manages a queue of support tickets and works with his team to escalate tasks to better serve end users and vendors. Supporting HealthMEDX’s Vision Software, Daniel brings his experience and knowledge to our team as a strong resource for technical issues.

Daniel grew up in Orland Hills and attended Eastern Illinois University. He obtained his degree in Management Information Systems, and entered the IT world in 2012. His influence to work with technology relished from his desire to learn how to fix his own PC issues. Daniel strives to grow into the role of a Database Administrator (DBA).

Daniel’s hobbies outside of work consist of surfing through his favorite piece of technology, his iPhone. In his spare time he also scuba dives, and has vacationed to the Cayman Islands to do so!

Samuel Fradette
LOW VOLTAGE TECHNICIAN

Samuel is a Low Voltage Technician at ProviNET, working with our Networking and Communications Team on various day-to-day tasks and functions. He is responsible for the installation and support of structured cabling systems, phone systems, low voltage and wireless network equipment. Samuel also assists the team with design layout, installation and troubleshooting of life safety systems.

Samuel graduated from Trinity Christian College in 2014 and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He began his career at ProviNET as an Intern in 2014. Samuel’s desire to be a part of the technology field stemmed from his curiosity about computer systems. He takes pride in his knowledge and hopes to continue his growth and continue to be a valued asset to the ProviNET team.

Growing up, Samuel’s family took part in the wood working field. In doing this, his favorite piece of technology was his CNC because he could carve a variety of projects out of wood, including his guitar.

Systems Developer

As a Systems Developer, Jeff is responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing all ProviNET and client databases and software systems. Jeff grew up in Tinley Park, IL, and attended Governors State University where he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He entered the IT world in 2004 due to his interest in working with computers. He aspires to continue the path of systems administration, working in databases and enjoying the daily challenges he faces.

Recently, Jeff has taken an interest in modern board gaming with friends, as well as playing computer games. He is also an avid Chicago Bears and Blackhawks fan!

David Jenkins
Junior Helpdesk Coordinator

David is a Junior Helpdesk Coordinator at ProviNET who works with our Helpdesk Team on a variety of tasks each day. He provides troubleshooting and remote problem resolution, as well as creates, updates and maintains user accounts for customers. David ensures tickets are dispatched and escalated properly to provide excellent customer service.

David grew up in Naperville and attended Rasmussen College in Romeoville, where he obtained his Associates Degree in Network Administration. He entered the IT world in 2009 and joined our ProviNET team in 2014. David’s desire is to continue gaining knowledge in his field, and eventually work in IT security. He enjoys the rewarding nature of solving people’s problems, and protecting people and companies from identity theft and fraud.

David enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, sports, playing video games and card games.

Perry Asauskas
Electronics Technician

Perry is an Electronics Technician at ProviNET and is responsible for the installation and support of low voltage, life safety and communications systems. He installs cabling, phone systems as well as wireless network equipment. Perry has excellent customer service skills and works to communicate with clients to diagnose and repair systems in a timely manner.

Perry grew up in Burnham, IL, and attended the Conservatory of Music to receive his Associates Degree. He later attended DeVry University for his Bachelor’s Degree in Technology Management and Networking. Perry holds a few certificates such as: CCENT, CCNA and A+. He entered the IT world in 1994 due to his interest in building computers, and joined our ProviNET team in 2014. Aside from studying music, Perry enjoys a wide variety of hobbies including karaoke, wine tasting and grilling. Currently, Perry is taking flying lessons and is in the midst of learning to fly cross country on his own!

Scott Senne
Field Technician

Scott is one of our Field Technicians at ProviNET. He travels to various clients to help with the delivery and installation of workstations, as well as the maintenance and repair of equipment. Scott’s excellent customer service skills demonstrate his passion to support clients with quality service and technology.

Scott grew up in Chicago Heights, IL. He entered the IT world in 2005 because of his love for technology and rebuilding computers. He enjoys the aspect of helping people and being a reliable source to those who need IT assistance. Scott aspires to eventually work in network administration and security.

An interesting fact about Scott is that his wife taught him to figure skate! Over the past 10 years, he has taught the sport to a variety of ages, including tots and adults. When he is not teaching, Scott enjoys playing video games.

Jeremy Mendoza
Field Technician

As one of our Field Technicians, Jeremy works onsite with many of our clients. He is responsible for level 1 and 2 support calls, as well as setting up new workstations, delivery of IT supplies and troubleshooting hardware issues. Jeremy works with customers in the maintenance and repair of equipment, and is a valuable representative of ProviNET’s mission to provide clients with excellent service.

Jeremy grew up in Orland Hills, IL. He studied at DeVry University and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Network and Communications Management. He has always been intrigued by new technology and the ways in which it impacts our lives every day. Jeremy was inspired to learn more about these technologies, and entered the IT world in 2010 professionally. He aspires to continue refining his skillsets, earn certificates and become a Network Engineer.

Jeremy’s favorite piece of technology is his android phone, and he always appreciates learning about new technology in his spare time. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends, and likes to watch the Chicago Bulls and Bears!

Tom Tynan
Helpdesk Coordinator

Tom is one of our Helpdesk Coordinators at ProviNET. He works on configuring and troubleshooting, and performs remote problem resolution. Tom has an extensive understanding of computer functions and quickly solves or escalates technical issues to the appropriate team. His ability to multitask enables him to provide excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Tom attended Moraine Valley Community College, and obtained two degrees: his A.A.S. in IT Security and Local Networking Management. Currently, he attends DePaul University in Chicago for a Bachelor’s degree in Network Technologies. Tom holds both Comptia A+ and a Network+ certifications. He joined the IT world in 2013. Tom’s interest in technology began at a young age when he broke the family computer and had to fix it before his parents found out! He then realized he had a calling.

Outside of work, Tom’s favorite piece of technology is his laptop, where he enjoys playing around with Linux. He is an avid video gamer and also plays 5-string bass, and enjoys playing metal, punk and blues. Tom also very interested in Japanese culture and Anime, and would love to learn as much of the language and culture as he can!

Ayodotun Aboloye
Access Management Coordinator

As an Access Management Coordinator, Ayo is responsible for provisioning and de-provisioning new accounts. He ensures that all documentation is up-to-date, and modifies a number of permissions within various lines of business, such as Active Directory. Ayo creates, updates and maintains user accounts for clients and guarantees that staff tasks are followed up on in a timely fashion.

Ayo grew up in Nigeria, Africa. After moving to America in 2008 and finishing high school, he attended South Suburban College and received his Associate’s Degree in Science. Later, Ayo attended DeVry University in Tinley Park Illinois. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, with a concentration in System Analysis and Integration. Ayo entered the IT world in 2013 working as a Computer Support Intern in downtown Chicago and continues to grow in IT because of his love for computers.

In his free time, Ayo enjoys playing soccer, videos games and reading a variety of books. His favorite piece of technology is his PS4.

Bridney Pettigrew
Access Management Coordinator

As an Access Management Coordinator at ProviNET, Bridney maintains and updates user accounts by provisioning and de-provisioning, as well as access modification to existing accounts. She will triage, troubleshoot and document all customer service requests and ensures that all user accounts are properly and securely provisioned in a timely manner.
Bridney grew up in Gary, Indiana. She currently attends DeVry University and plans to graduate in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Networking Management. Bridney’s interest in becoming a part of the IT world began after her father’s computer was having trouble. She talked to a Helpdesk member who walked her through a step-by-step process of fixing it. She was fascinated by this and wanted to learn more ever since! In the next few years, Bridney sees herself becoming a Network Engineer.

In her spare time, Bridney loves going to the movies, as well as traveling and cooking. Her favorite piece of technology is her phone, and as she says, “what is life without your cell phone!?” A fun fact about Bridney is that she loves to laugh and is a huge animal lover!

Mark Peters
Dedicated Services Coordinator

As a Dedicated Services Coordinator, Mark works with the Helpdesk Team to configure, troubleshoot and perform remote problem resolution. Specifically, he focuses on helping explicit clients with their procedures and service level documentation at the Helpdesk. Mark works with clients to ensure that their service needs are met through consistent training for the team.

Mark grew up in Crestwood, IL. He studied at DeVry University and obtained his Associates of Applied Science of Computer and Electronics Degree. Later, he attended Microsoft Academy for computer training, and holds a variety of certificates: MCTS, MCP, Network +, Security +, and ITEL Ver3. Mark entered the IT world in 2010, and joined the ProviNET family in 2013 after spending 3 years in Iraq and Afghanistan as an IT Contractor. He aspires for a Systems Administrator role in the future, always wanting to improve, learn and help others with their IT needs.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys traveling when he can, bowling and spending time with friends. As an interesting tidbit, Mark had volunteered to be ‘taken down’ by an Attack Dog in Iraq for the dog training during his time overseas.

Inside Sales Representative

Nicole is one of the talented Inside Sales Representatives at ProviNET Solutions. She is responsible for preparing contracts with our clients and vendors, handling client inquiries, assessing existing client needs and proposing solutions as well as aiding in building our brand awareness. Nicole also supports our Outside Sales Executives by ensuring the delivery of customer service through timely and accurate quotations.

Nicole grew up in Orland Park, IL. She attended Eastern Illinois University and obtained a Family Consumer Science degree with a concentration in consumer affairs, as well as a Business minor. Nicole entered the IT world in 2015 when she joined the ProviNET family. She enjoys working with various clients and building relationships with them, and hopes to continue growing within the client care and sales team.

In her free time, Nicole loves playing with her daughter and spending time with family and friends. Currently, she has been enjoying remodeling and redecorating her home.

Tom is a Helpdesk Coordinator at ProviNET. He performs remote problem resolution and troubleshooting, and demonstrates strong customer communication in real-time support for a variety of desktop users. Tom grew up in Bolingbrook, IL and attended Westwood College. He obtained his Associates Degree in Applied Science for Computer Engineering, and his certifications include: CompTIA A+, MCP and MCTS. He entered the IT world in 2004 and joined our ProviNET team in 2015. Tom’s IT influence stems from his childhood, when he and a friend took apart a computer and tried to put it back together. Since then, Tom has worked in a variety of technical positions, and enjoys helping people and learning. He aspires to become a Systems/Network Administrator.

In his free time, Tom enjoys traveling with his girlfriend and restoring cars with his friends, as well as playing and watching sports. His favorite piece of technology is his Samsung Galaxy S5, and his custom built computer.

Barb Cullinan
Business Services Lead

Barb is our Business Services Lead at ProviNET. She is responsible for day-to-day accounting as well as implementing systems for billing. Barb works to improve these systems and procedures while managing reports and policies to ensure proper billing services are rendered. She demonstrates excellent customer service and communication with vendors in order to manage purchase orders. Barb’s positive attitude and ability to multi-task makes her a valued member to our ProviNET team!

Barb grew up in Chicago and Palos Hills. She attended University of Michigan and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She entered the IT world in 1990 because of her discovered love for computers while working in the accounting field for over 25 years. Barb has always enjoyed learning more about computers and has been self-taught over the years. Barb looks forward to continuing her growth in the Business Services Team and our organization!

In her free time, Barb enjoys watching Chicago sports- Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls and Sox, as well as spending time with her family. Her favorite piece of technology is her iPad, and she enjoys researching the genealogy of her family records!

Timothy J. Turner
Jr. Helpdesk Coordinator

As a Junior Helpdesk Coordinator, Tim performs remote problem resolution and troubleshooting. He also will dispatch tickets for escalation. Tim provides excellent customer service and ensures that tasks are followed up on in a timely manner.

Tim is originally from Vancouver, Washington and moved to Tinley Park, IL at a young age. He finished his schooling at DeVry University with an AAS in Networking. As the world is becoming more dependent on technology, Tim was inspired to learn more about it! He enjoys helping people fix their IT needs. Tim aspires to grow in his role on the Helpdesk Team, and would love to learn more about the possibilities of technology.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his 4 children, family and friends. Tim also likes to landscape and fish, and also goes to sporting events and concerts.

Kenneth is an active member of his church in his spare time. There, he feeds the homeless and likes to help with various renovation projects. He also enjoys spending time with this wife and family, and secretly loves watching Botch and Bridezilla with them!

Ovid Mitchell
Systems Engineer

Ovid is a Systems Engineer at ProviNET. He is proficient at Microsoft Operation Systems (Windows Server 2003, 2008, R2), as well as Microsoft server products (Exchange, SQL). Ovid is responsible for troubleshooting network connections, servers, network applications and hosted environment problems. He also helps maintain ProviNET’s datacenter, and performs emergency maintenance as necessary. Ovid provides excellent customer service to effectively uphold client expectations.

Ovid grew up in University Park, and attended Prairie State College where he earned his Associate’s degree in Business. He has received many certifications including: CCNA, ACMA, JNCIA and MCTS. Ovid entered the IT world in 1998 and joined our ProviNET team in 2011. His greatest influence to work in IT began in the Marine Corps, where he was trained in Network Engineering. Ovid enjoys working with technology because it challenges him to problem-solve each day.

In his free time Ovid enjoys running, music, playing the piano and recording. Aside from music and exercise he likes to use his iPad, which is his favorite piece of technology!

He is responsible for life cycle of vendor and client contracts, including drafting, reviewing, proposing, negotiating and processing approvals. Josh also handles inquiries and issues for new and existing clientele. He works diligently to ensure our clients are aware of new technology and the many products and services available at ProviNET.

Josh grew up in Northwest Indiana and attended Purdue University Calumet. He has been fascinated with technology from a very young age, and joined our ProviNET team in 2015. Josh is excited to be part of team and cotinue learning about the latest technology at ProviNET.

Shaun Novak
Software Support Specialist

Shaun is one of our Software Support Specialists at ProviNET. He is responsible for day to day support as well as the testing and training of clinical and financial software. Shaun troubleshoots, manages a queue of support tickets and works with his team to escalate tasks and better serve end users.

Shaun attended Joliet Junior College and obtained his Associate in Arts and General Studies degree. He later attended Governors State University and received his Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media. Shaun entered the IT world in 2013 and joined our ProviNET team in 2015. His interest in technology began when his parents bought him a computer and he decided to take it apart and put it back together! His favorite part of the job is being able to help others with their IT issues and resolve problems. Shaun is excited to continue learning at ProviNET.

Outside of work, Shaun likes snowboarding and wakeboarding, as well as working out at his local Crossfit gym. His favorite piece of technology is his phone because it is his computer, camera, alarm clock, flash light, music player, telephone, TV and more! He loves spending time with friends and going to the movies with a “big bowl of popcorn, ready to embark on a new cinematic adventure!” In the future, Shaun plans to build a demolition figure eight car and race at the Route 66 speedway in Joliet!

Donnelle grew up in Chicago Illinois and attended Northwestern College for his Associates in Applied Sciences and Information Management Systems degree. In the next few years, Donnelle would like to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and become a Network Administrator. She enjoys seeing the end product of hard work and loves to learn more about computers each day.

In her spare time, Donnelle enjoys shopping, cooking and fixing computers. Her favorite piece of technology is her tablet. An interesting fact about Donnelle is that she and her sister are shoe fanatics, and together they own over 500 pairs of shoes!

Ernie Martin
Outside Sales Executive

Ernie Martin is one of ProviNET’s Outside Sales Executives. Ernie is responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients by providing support, information, and guidance as well as researching and recommending new opportunities. With a unique knowledge of technology within various industries, including education, Ernie ensures our clients have the IT solution that helps their business succeed.

Ernie brings over 30 years of experience in the IT Field to our team! He started in 1979 as a computer technician and has held an array of different positions in the IT field since. Ernie attended DeVry University and is currently certified in ITIL and Six Sigma.

Starting with a 16M Hertz PC all the way to his smartphone and tablet, Ernie always wants to stay on top of new technologies as they are discovered. When he’s not mastering new technology he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, including his 6 grandchildren and cooking different recipes he sees on TV.

Ruth Luna
Inside Sales Representative

Ruth is an Inside Sales Representative at ProviNET who handles client requests and generates hardware and software quotes from various vendors. She consistently communicates with clients so they receive quick and precise account support. Ruth is also responsible for handling purchase orders and assists in maintaining renewables.

Ruth grew up in the Chicagoland area. She joined our ProviNET family in 2015 and is looking forward to learning and growing within the organization. In her spare time, Ruth exercises her creative side through her gardening. She uses various textures and colors in respect to the seasons and enjoys being outside by her pond relaxing. Ruth spends as much time as possible with her family and two Boston terriers. She also enjoys reading on her kindle, which is her favorite piece of technology next to her cell phone.

Brian Goebel
Network Engineer

Brian Goebel is one of ProviNET’s Network Engineers. Brian maintains, upgrades and secures all facets of our network infrastructure both internally and for ProviNET’s clients. Additionally Brian also helps with the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of our clients network equipment and services.

Brian grew up in Davenport Iowa and attended The University of Iowa where he studied Business Economics. 10 years after completing his undergraduate program Brian attended graduate school at Saint Xavier University’s Graham School of Business and received his MBA in Management.

Always in the pursuit of knowledge Brian enjoys continuing his education within the field of IT and using his SMB/NAS devices to streamline his home network. Brian also enjoys spending time with his two daughters, attending live sporting events, fast cars, and traveling to new destinations.
